I ordered an incorrect item and cancelled the order before it was shipped. I have still not received a refund and I am waiting. I contacted them by email twice and received no replies. I dont think I will be getting my money back. Do not order

when i realized the product i wanted was not available at local sources at a comparable price point, i ordered from tripnbikers. i had not heard of this company, but the reviews put my mind at ease. the price was very competitive and shipping was quick enough. the quality of the backpack is outstanding
Received my tank bag promptly. However it was loosely packed in a cardboard box. Many scuffs on the items outer bag. The main issue is that the top ot the tank bag is sawn in crooked. It doesn’t look good. Now I know that price of this item was too good to be true for quality product.
