Review Time
I had been looking for months to find the perfect gift for my fiancé’s 30th birthday. I finally found this Movado, and it was absolutely perfect! I was skeptical buying such a purchase online, but this experience has proven to be awesome! The watch came today and my fiancé could not be more happy with it!
I purchased a Citizen Nighthawk from true facet for $400. I had an issue within the timeline for warranty coverage, when I tried to send it in for repairs they lost the watch. I was given a store credit and I put in an order for 2 watches within the range of price. One of the watches did not ship because they sold the watch I ordered. So I have spent the last month emailing them to get them to complete the order and they will not respond, nor answer my calls. All I am asking for is a deisel watch that is available on their website.
On 3/11 I ordered a $7,000 Panerai watch for my husband's bday. Website says 3-7 business days to ship, they say they overnight delivery. The following week I call to inquire about delivery and Hetal from Customer Service is vague, so I began to get uncomfortable and told her that unless she could give me a guaranteed date for delivery I was going to cancel the order. She said she would call the supplier and get back to me. She did and gave me a 3/26 date for delivery. On 3/25 I call to get a Fedex tracking number and this time a man told me he'd call me back in 5 min. Two hours later I call back and Hetal tells me they won't have a tracking number till later that evening and that she'll email it. At 6:30pm I get and email from her that unfortunately the watch couldn't be authenticated but that she would have a similar one in a couple of days. The first thing the next morning, 3/26 I called and demanded my money back. Hetal told me it would take 3-5 business days. TOday is 4/7 and I still have not rec'd my money and they haven't answered my calls. Of course I put in a dispute with my credit card but am so upset about this company! BUYER BEWARE!
Terrible, stressful experience. Truefacet sent a different $7,000 Rolex watch that I ordered in early February. I returned the watch the same day that it arrived. They said that they would find the one that I ordered and exchange it. After many days, emails and phone calls about finding the watch that I ordered and trying to get an answer, I gave up and asked for a refund. They agreed but didn’t update my order to show that it was refunded, just an email reply from a representative and the charge still remained on my credit card for weeks. To their credit they did reply to my emails, but always with “it takes 3-10 business days to show in your account...”. After 2 weeks with no refund and 3 weeks after they received the return, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to avoid paying interest on a $7,000 watch that I returned 3 weeks ago. This was supposed to be a special watch for my birthday, but instead of enjoying a watch that I saved up for months to finally purchase, I ended up on the phone with yet another customer support call on my birthday. My advice, pay a little extra and buy from a reputable company.
I am truly frustrated with this operation. I ordered a Cartier love bracelet over 8 weeks ago, and have not receceived it yet or has anyone reached out to me to explain why. When I ordered it said it could take up to 4weeks. When I have call them to inquire they always tell me I should receive the following week, of course I don’t. I don’t even hear from them..I have lost faith, since they continue to lie about the order. They have not tried to rectify this. Very unprofessional.
