Short on Service

Had a watch listed for $2,895.00, which with their own coupon could purchase for $2,645. I made an offer of $2,300.00 and their counter offer was $2795.00. I explained to the rep that I could get it for less with their own dicount code and received another offer of $2,695.00! Then the watch was mysteriously no longer in stock...awfully shady in my opinion

GREAT customer service and GREAT company

Very happy with my decision to purchase from this company. Dealt with a lovely man called gavin. I had concerns first about my order not arriving on time. I bought a Rolex for myself from TrueFacet. The watch has had a couple of problems and needed to be returned to TrueFacet for repair and servicing a couple of times. TrueFacet has been nothing but professional in addressing the problems and honoring their guarantee. I will consider buying from them again.
