I've purchased half a dozen jewelry pieces from True Facet. All of them have been as promised - truly quality pieces at fair prices. Affirm is a wonderful choice for financing and I applaud TF for selecting them as they are easy to deal with and don't charge finance fees. Customer service has been excellent. I'm just very happy with all aspects of this company.

I ended up purchasing a Rolex Datejust 116233 yellow gold two tone w/ a fluted bezel. I couldn't be any happier with the whole experience! This is the first luxury watch I've ever purchased. From start to finish the customer service was impeccable. I ended up actually cancelling my other two orders since I wanted my first watch to be perfect. Allison my concierge was very patient and everyone I was in contact with the whole way were very knowledgeable. Delivery was fast!! Next Day! Upon arrival, everything was in perfect condition.
