Review Time
I ordered a ring that was similar to a ring that I already owned, so I knew exactly what it should look like. This ring was used, but I swear that it looked brand new. TrueFacet did an amazing job polishing the Cartier ring. I love that I can trust that it was not a fake, and that the price was fair. I was on vacation for two weeks, so TrueFacet made sure to not deliver the ring when I was not home. In all, it was a great transaction. Love the ring and the company. I would not hesitate to order again from them.
Honestly, i don’t post reviews but I am so impressed that I feel compelled to. I buy ALOT of watches and have dealt with 500+ dealers, this is the first time I’ve had an experience worth talking about. I was looking for 2 very certain Rolex Datejusts that are discontinued. I was ready to accept anything and I messaged Oran about them. I only needed watches with the card, nothing else. I also assumed I’d need to clean them up and service them too. He said he had both in stock ready to ship and gave me a quote that’s extremely competitive. Literally the easiest transaction ever, so quick and professional. Next day (today) both watches came in a huge box. I assumed it was something else but upon opening it I saw he included everything with the watches! I was expecting a used preowned Rolex with warranty card but I got everything included with it from when it came with when it was brand new (even the receipts!).... and the kicker? They’re both MINT!! I’m a businessman and I’m in no way affiliated with them. I just understand good bussiness when I see it. Major props to the whole team! 10/10 I will be back.
Bought a piece of jewelry with a shipping date of 7 to 10 day. Twenty days later after 3 phone calls and two email with promises and excuses I was finally told the item was lost. A company that can't keep track of an item that cost almost 10k doesn't deserve to stay in business. Hopefully I'll get my money back from this company.I'm updating this review because I had the opportunity to speak with the VP of operations. Some how my order fell thru the cracks but I was issued full refund in less then 24 hrs. Although I feel like truefacet needs to improve it's internal inventory tracking and process I believe they are working toward this. I appreciated the communication from the company and hope they continue to improve their processes.
To Whom it May Concern at True Facet,You'e site is great, was trying to making large a purchase however using a coupon cope which would have brought the total down a fw though ands dollars. It's initially registered and the funds were deducted using the coupon, which worked the first time, but not once I actually sent it through the the site. It'd was for 2 Rolex watched., and will call back during nosiness house to make sure that several thousand dollars that shouldve been address to this puspchase./ dedutions. was applied to the actual purchase.
