Had an absolutely great experience, spoke to a lovely lady on the phone before hand, had someone come over to do a loft assessment and it went well. Didn't feel pressured and everything got sorted. Explained about the vouchers for my property Quick and easy
This company and previous companies that the directors have been involved with have been cold calling my parents on and off for a while now. This time they phoned and somehow managed to con my parents into accepting that a man called Sefton would come out the next day to chat to them about their current solar panels and look at installing a possible battery, even though my parents said they did not want to purchase anything. My parents contacted me worried about this and I went over today to meet the unwanted visitor. I explained that his company should not be phoning my parents as they are registered on a TPS phone list so that they do not get unsolicited phone calls. I would not let him meet my parents or allow him into the house. I explained that he had been told the previous day they did not want to buy anything new and that he should not have insisted on coming out to see them. He had also asked them if they lived alone, were claiming benefits, were under 85 and generally worried and confused them with claims that they could qualify for various grants to cover some of the costs of installing a battery that they did not want.Be very wary of this company especially if they are cold calling your elderly relatives!
So so impressed, truly with the companies manner throughout. Ok, I was cold called on the phone, then a man called Kingsley turned up to check requirements for loft insulation. All the areas that scream sceptical. The call triggered me to think 'actually maybe I do need my loft insulation reviewed'. My purpose was research with no clue of price and if I actually needed new insulation. Kingsley was brilliant and I was doing research as he did his investigative work on what I potentially required. I put a deposit down, I really wanted this product, the implementation sounded incredibly slick with a ninja and a one day installation approach using a team of people with their own specific part to play.The price point is correct, not expensive btw, but correct. After much number crunching I couldn't quite take the plunge at this moment in time BUT my takeaway from this is I will be saving for the product over the next 24 months and new loft insulation will happen and it will be this product. Nasa blanket as I call it is on the map. Give them a chance. They were ever so kind in accepting there cancellation too with oodles of understanding and did not try at all to change my mind.
This company is absolutely amazing helped me with everything I needed. Installed a 3.68kw hanchu battery system and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made yet. Technical department was really helpful with explaining the monitoring. Would definitely recommend.
I accepted, stupidly, a cold call! We are on the preference service, but despite assurances I’ve read on Trust Pilot, it clearly seems to make no difference! However after being taken in and doing due diligence and checking out Trust Pilot, again and other online leads, I went along with a scheduled visit to see if we qualified for a grant upgrade. Having scheduled an appointment, which meant a disruption to our evening routine, I waited in anticipation. Having phoned earlier in the day, to confirm the meeting, it was confirmed at the appointed time. Yet no show. I think I have been spared a major embarrassment, but supremely annoyed that this has happened! To add. It was mentioned during our call, that I would get a follow up call to confirm, before the visit. We had two, unknown mobile calls while we were out, the previous day. No message left. I phoned out of interest. No answer. No idea if these were related. But either you are a genuine company who does things according to the book. Or leave us alone.
From the initial survey, which was explained in a manner that we understood, to the completion of the loft space guard installation was totally professional. The installation team from St Helens arrived early, they were polite, layed out covers to protect our carpets and cleaned and tidied on completion. Shows images of the completed project. Given a time slot of between 11am and 3.00 pm for Engineer to attend and reinstate gas supply turned off over 24 hours ago. Engineer called at 2.30 pm to advise running late and would attend around 6.00 pm. At 5.30 pm rung and said could not attend but gave me option of cancelling or rescheduling 4 days later. Without hot water, central heating and gas cooking facilities. No attempt made to find alternatives but Engineer seemed to believe he was doing me a favour. Cannot recommend or will not use again due to poor service.
