Review Time
Had salesman visit on 16/7/24, and ageed contract. The next day I had changed my mind, so sent an email to cancel, but got no requested acknowledgement of receipt. So then sent a letter with signed for delivery on Thursday 18/7/24 to address on the contract. Now see from tracking that the letter has been diverted. Had a phone call this morning (22/7/24), and appologised for not acknowledging my email, and said they were in the process of moving to new premises. Said refund cheque would be in the post this week.
the lad arrived a little late but I was contacted to say he was stuck in traffic. When he arrived he got on with the job he kept everything tidy and when he finished he set my phone up so I could monitor the batteries very happy
On time, courteous, efficient and before I knew it he was all finished installing my battery and showed me what app to download and ran through it with me, if all there installers are like this man, they can't go wrong.All done in under 2 hours, great.
Look at the review by David West dated 03/04/2024. Then look at the review by Michael Benbrook dated 14/03/2024. Spot the difference (if you can). Just had the cold calls so far, with survey visit due in 3 days. Will see what the surveyor says about it.
We had our solar panels installed quite a number of years ago and whilst my husband investigated getting battery storage several times over the intervening years, he considered the costs prohibitive and we never got around to it (on all the previous occasions the battery cost was greater than the cost of the actual panels!). Then, following a call from Trusted Home Solutions, we learned that the costs had come down to an very much more acceptable level. A visit from David a few days later was enough to decide to go ahead. The fitting appointment was booked for a the following week and the new battery and inverter was installed very efficiently. As a result, within just over a month have already seen a dramatic reduction in the number of electricity units used and look forward to the expected savings on bill!!
