Although I didn't buy a battery etc from THS, the experience was professional. Calvin knew exactly what he was doing and didn't attempt to bamboozle/oversell just presented the facts and the cost. He could not have known that we have reduced our electricity consumption by 50% in recent years and hence the payback period was far too long.
I was quoted for loft insulation nearly seven months ago, and it seemed good so I paid a £100 deposit. Within a few days I cancelled the order expecting a refund straight away. It took a while coming but a full apology and explanation for that has been given and they have given a bonus with it.
Amazing company from start to finish felt looked after and they were very respectful!I ended up getting a battery from them and it’s been working amazing, the installation team was quick and efficient the rep that came over to discuss my options was professional and courteous! The after care team has been amazing there was something we didn’t understand about the online monitoring, their lovely admin team stayed on the phone with me to make sure I understood it all!!I highly recommend this company!!

The salesman ensured we understood the process, and the team carried out the installation efficiently within a week. From the initial survey by Ryan Guthrie, who identified very high humidity in the fibreglass loft insulation and white mould in the roof timbers, all due to condensation, to the insulation of space-age 17-layer reflective material completely lining the tiles inside the roof, all was done very professionally and efficiently. Ryan in particular was very knowledgeable and personable. The installing team were also very pleasant, efficient and tidy( our roof space is large, so we needed a team).
Great experience. Two gentleman arrived, both very friendly. Advised me on the best place for my batteries and the work was completed quickly. Unfortunately, one of the batteries was faulty so they immediately sorted a replacement for later that week. A gentleman called Dexter came to fit this battery. He was outstanding. Once he sorted the battery he when through the whole app with me explaining everything I wanted to know explaining everything in layman’s terms so I fully understood. Gave me all the numbers I needed to contact anyone if I had any problems. I cannot fault this company and would recommend them to anyone from Garry who came out to sort out what I needed to Dexter who explained everything. Deserve the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have given them!

The engineers arrived exactly on time. They immediately began to carry out the work (they even declined a cup of tea). They carried out the work immediately and cleared up afterwards. Would have no hesitation in using the company again. Thank you again for a job well done, in an efficient manner.
I’ve had my foil insulation fitted for 8 months now. I’ve been really impressed with it. I’ve noticed a pretty substantial drop in my energy bills in winter and house has been a lot cooler in the summer so does what it says on the tin so to speak. Fitters were on time and did a quality job.
