Review Time
Had a great experience with trusted home solutions, Originally spoke to a lovely chap called Harry because I heard about battery storage from my neighbours, harry walked me through everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I then had an appointment with another very helpful young chap called Shane. He walked through everything in a lot more detail leaving no stone unturned. I eventually ended up purchasing a battery. It was installed with a quick turnaround and unsurprisingly the installation team was also very professional. Everything’s been working fine since. Only issue I had was a technical issue with getting on to the monitoring platform which when I called was resolved almost instantly and it’s been working well ever since Overall a very good experience with the company and I most definitely vouch for them moving forward!
We arranged a visit for someone to come regarding our solar panel system. He explained that a large proportion of what we generate goes back to the grid and we can keep it all without it effecting our fit payments. We did the sums and decided to go ahead and had the system fitted last week. The installation was quick and tidy so can’t complain. We keep looking at the smart meter and so far we have saved £23 in 7 days. Does everything promised so far.
This evening I received a telephone call. This was about my earlier review. An apology was given about the way the company went about their business with me. No intent to mislead me but some mix up on their part.I was asked to amend my initial review.After some thought, in my view the company could respond to my review and explain what they intend to do, to ensure a better service which may result in a sale.If reviews are to mean anything at all, they must be honest. I'm happy that my initial review was honest. So I will leave it to Trustedhomesolutions to explain what went wrong this time. And what has been done to ensure the same mistakes won't reoccur.
Would have been 5 * but for a couple of minor issues. The kit itself is first class and does what was promised by Kingsley. Can already see from the Smart meter how much less electricity is drawn down from the grid so saving us money. My issues were with the installation appointment where the fitting team seemed to be unaware of the time arranged and came far too early leaving my wife to try to give them the information they needed, a situation that I had been keen to avoid. The second problem was having to call a fitter back on the same day (they were working on another job in the area) to install the missing power sockets that had been included in the deal. It was a shame because it spoiled an otherwise professional job.
