We had an educational visit from Shane. We always knew we were going to have batteries but needed assurances which he explained fully. Tod arrived with a lovely happy manner, explained every step to me . He worked tirelessly only stopping for a drink and bacon sandwich. He cleared up inside and out. We would recommend Trusted Home solutions.
Our initial meeting with Kingsley was very informative and without pressure he arranged everything once we gave our instruction to proceed the following day. The installer, Tod, arrived on time. He was polite and conducted the install to a very high standard. He was clean and tidy and had no issues answering any of our questions. We would recommend him to anyone.Post install we experienced some teething issues getting logged on. This turned out to be a soft ware update being conducted a the time. We intend to monitor the effectiveness of the system in the knowledge that a second battery can simply be plugged in if required. Well done THS.
Everybody we've dealt with from Kingsley (sales), Tod (installer), Jack (accounts), Nathan (technical team) and the customer service team were all polite and helpful throughout the process. Any questions raised were answered clearly. From the first visit to installation took only 6 days and everything so far is working well.
David the salesman was very efficient and explained things so it was easy to understand with no heavy handedness. Installation date had to be changed but ended up on a date better for us in the end. Installation man turned up on time and again very efficient even when a possible problem regarding wiring to the electric meter arose he came up with a good solution. Good follow up from the company to check it had been fitted . The app is great and easy to monitor. David is coming to visit to see if we are happy so excellent follow up and I've recommended the company to two friends so quids in.
Very happy so far with the service we have received. Everything was explained very clearly to us. There was no pressure on us to buy, but it looks like it will save us a lot of money. Time will tell. Shane was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions.
Scott, the company's agent, clearly and fully explained the benefits of installing a Growatt battery and replacement inverter for our solar system with no hard sell, leaving us plenty of time to consider our options. Having decided to go forward as advised, the installation was arranged in a very short time by the company. Stephen, the installation technician, was excellent and fully explained the process throughout. We are very please with the outcome which took just 12 days from Scott's visit to completion. Highly recommended.
My wife and I found it a nice alternative to a had sell over the phone. From seeing David from Trusted Home Solutions talking it over with my wife ( David left us to see another client.) However, once we met David who talked us through their product and was upfront, clear, knowledgable and a pleasure to talk with, and i had read their reviews, we were very happy to proceed with battery and invertor installation for our existing PV panels.
