Trusted home solutions, gave me amazing confidence with the company moving forward. I have previously had some issues with my panels in the past and my original installer left me in the dark about everything. I didn’t have much hope in the industry. One of my friends recommended trusted home solutions to me and they have been professional throughout. I have since had a battery and a new inverter installed and my experience has completely changed my outlook on the industry. Overall amazing service and would definitely recommend!
Fantastic service! The process was easy and hassle-free. Myself and my wife were hesitant at first but the lovely gentleman answered any question we had and any doubts were cleared. Definitely recommend the service and will be telling all my friends and family.
Sold an unsuitable over priced solution to my elderly parents.Fortunately it was identified during the 14 day cancellation period and the cancellation was handled without issue assuming the refund is paid promptly. Interestingly once cancelled the company made several calls to both my father and I which are not accurately reflected in the statement below nor are their comparisons on price which were nearly double that of a reputable well referenced and highly rated company. I can stand by and support with factual evidence every statement made.If the company believes their sales approach is right for vulnerable elderly people that’s up to them.

Battery storage fitted in June 2023.Battery storage is working well.However, did not get the additional socket from the storage that was on the plan. I have chased but had no response from Trustedhomesolutions for several months.Recently, following a change to my broadband, the WiFi module is not connected. I've been through the reconfiguration process without success. I have mailed, again without response.Good product, poor support.EDIT:Was contacted by Nathan who explained that my previous contact at the company had left and my outstanding socket was therefore not picked up. Arranged for an engineer to come round and fit, the wifi module was reconfigured and the engineer explained the process for any future changes I may need to make.
A brilliant appointment with Shane, he was very informative and fully answered any questions we had with great knowledge. He was well presented and mannered. Everyone we dealt with within the team were helpful and polite. Installation date given immediately and all was completed within a week of inquiry.I have no doubt recommending this company. We met Barry McGregor February 2024 to consider adding a Solar Battery to our existing 4Kwh solar panel installation. Barry explained the details and the benefits and how it would work. We decided to go ahead with the installation of a 6kwh battery. Installation carried out 5 days later. The Installer arrived promptly and completed the work in 2 hours including installing an App. on my Mobile which enables me to see how the system is performing and when is the best time to run the "Whiteware"from the Battery. All in all a very satisfying experience.
