I was your customer more than 10 years and one day I cannot continue because of your system. I don’t understand that one month I have contact to your company and wise company without success nobody can help me even. I have called to people in there company but I still waiting for why I cannot continue send money from Sweden to Thailand Bank via your company? I hope you can help me. Thanks.
Questions of consultant were not asked to the point. I rather believe response was just some “default script” to respond anyone, not the consultant who really care to read and understand the problem.In my second response via email I tried to explain how I was directed to contact Trustly and why I was looking for its support. Again, very standard reply which I hardly believe was written by human.I gave up and stopped to reply back, that was useless.
Support claims to reply to you in 24hrs but I waited 2 1/2 days not knowing where my money went. The issue fixed itself in the end so I had to open a third ticket to let them know that they can close them. Did they ever do it? Who knows.They also claim to have a support chat but where? All in all I will not use them again.
I asked for information about the whereabouts of my money after making a transfer via Trustly. Neither I nor the recipient received any confirmation. Trustly requested all the necessary information and proof that the money was sent and withdrawn from my account through their service. I provided everything, yet I still haven't received any response.This company is not worthy of its name. If I could, I would give zero stars — but unfortunately, one is the lowest possible rating
I would rate them a solid zero stars.The support people don't work weekends and when they did get around to replying they asked me for the same info and screenshots I had already supplied in my original request for help in finding a lost payment.What makes it worse is I suspect their clunky technology is crap and can't handle a surge in the volume of transactions it receives at busy times of the day.My advice, pay by card.
