Ordered over a month ago, and still haven’t received package. Customer service doesn’t seem to helpful to dig into the tracking number to help locate the package! Worst customer service ever!!!!
I did not receive the product I ordered. I ordered the 4 in 1 pro but received a knock off of the plain item. It was not in a Kinsa box and did not have the extra features of the pro model. I sent an email to customer service but have not received a response
A complete scam. All of the products are misadvertised and they refuse to refund my order even thought their policy stated that they would refund for any reason within 30 days.
Product took weeks to arrive,When it finally did it didn't work! Tried charging,It switched on but was very noisy stopped working almost immediatley,Contacted customer services,After many back & forth staggered messages I was offered a 50% refund,Which never materialised.Very poor!!Would not recommend at all

Absolutely horrible. Claims they have fast shipping and customer service. I requested my order be cancelled after I received no updates for weeks, well beyond the "fast shipping" timeline. I reached out to customer service many times and only once received a response that was copied and pasted from AI it actually said "here's a response you can send..." I asked that my order be cancelled, they said it had already shipped (mind you at this point it was weeks after I ordered.) then they said I would be given a shipping label to return the order after it's delivered. I emailed for a week asking for the label and then am told, "We generally do not recommend returning the goods, as the international shipping cost often exceeds the value of the product itself. However, if you would like to proceed with the return, please send the package to the following address:Recipient: mate - ChuangzhihuiPhone: 18773336771Address: No. 103, Shangganling Industrial Park, No. 51, Huanguan South Road, Guanlan Street, Longhua District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, 518110, ChinaOnce you have shipped the item, please provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor the return and process your refund accordingly."I am so annoyed and am disputing this charge and making sure that no one else makes the same horrible mistake I do. This "company" is a scam.
It’s been a week since I ordered, and my Shop app still says awaiting information about the delivery. Now I am seeing such bad reviews, I wish I had looked first instead of ordering already. Well, I also sent a message on their website site and no response. Not surprising. Definitely a scam. Why is it all over Facebook? Facebook should be responsible for this in a way, advertising scams.
The order took a long time providing tracking information, then when it finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The unit is very loud and stops working suddenly. I was in touch with a woman, Hellen, who asked for a video. I sent the video as requested and haven't heard back. Have spent most of March trying to resolve this. Poor quality device, poor customer service.
Fell for the hype. Sold as pelvic floor trainer but basically a vibrator. Not comfortable for me to use so contacted company as per refund policy. Website states if used but not for you 50% refund issued no questions asked. Sent email and received reply requesting video of problem. Obviously this is unacceptable so challenged them and no further action from the company.
