Never fly with tui

Very bad. The service is bad and the workers are very rude. We just checked in and they wouldn't let us take our suite case back out while we checked in 6 hours earlier! Bad service, never again.

je m'appelle Yildiz Kavlak hier à l'aéroport d'Izmir le 15-05-2018. j'ai rencontré un souci; au moment du check in on m'a dit que mon nom ne se trouvait pas sur la liste des passagers. j'ai dû attendre dans le stress total pendant plus de 2 heures. Ensuite on me rèpète sans arrêt que je ne prendrai pas l'avion; l'attente devenait insupportable et péniblé j'ai failli m'évanouir. j'en ai pleuré! Ensuite on me dit que je vais embarquer puis ils changent d'avis que non! Je trouve que ce n'est pas professionnel du tout! j'ai payé mon billet mais les employés n'ont pas fait leur boulot correctement; puis pour pouvoir embarquer j'ai du payer 100 euros en plus! c'est invraisemblable! j'estime que je mérite d'étre rembourser de la totalité de mes billets après l'humiliation que j'ai subis!!! et qu'on me fasse un geste!!!!My name is Yildiz Kavlak on Tuesday the 15th of May FLY ABD - BRU at Izmir airport I met a worry . They said that my name was not on the passager list. I had to wait in total stress for more than 2 hours. Then they said all the time that I will not fly; the wait became unbearable and painful. I nearly fainted. I cried! I felt very bad...Then they said that I will embark and later they change their minds not! I think it's not professional at all! I paid for my ticket but the employees did not do their job properly; then to be able to ship I had to pay 100 euros more! It's incredible!!!! I think I deserve to be reimbursed for all my tickets after the humiliation I suffered and make me a commercial gesture. You can call Mrs Sevda Nalli she is working for TUI FLY; she is a witness.
