Completely dissatisfied with this service—1.5 stars speaks volumes

I will not be ordering from this service again—seeing a rating of 1.5 stars on a review platform really says it all. I only discovered this after placing my order. Here’s what happened: For the past 15 years, I’ve relied on various other services for my vehicle needs without any issues. They always resolved any problems quickly and with respect, especially when the error was theirs. This time, I struggled to find a specific part, but it appeared in the search results from this service, so I decided to order a few additional items from my cart to qualify for free shipping. After placing my order, I received an email saying that one item was backordered for weeks. I chose an alternative part and added another item since my order hadn’t shipped yet. They modified my order but shipped the added part directly from the vendor to the billing address instead of my current shipping address. So, one part went to the wrong address, while the other was still pending shipment because another item was backordered, and they failed to notify me. When I reached out, the representative had an attitude, acting like a frustrated young adult. I had to remind him that it was their error regarding the shipping address. After some back and forth, he told me, “I’ll make sure no one answers your calls next time” before hanging up. I’ve never encountered such behavior in my life, let alone in a business setting. I also contacted their PR department and never received a response. This is it for me—never again.

Never ordering from this company again—the got…

Never ordering from this company again—they got like 1.5 stars on Trustpilot—that’s saying something—I just learned this after-the-fact. I’ll tell you why:I’ve been working with FCP Euro, AutoHausAZ, Bimmerworld, and Pelican for about 15 years for my BMW—not once in all those years with any of them did I ever have one issue that wasn’t resolved immediately and respectfully—especially when the fault was there’s. This one time I couldn’t find the part I needed —but it popped up in the search engine with Turner Motorsports—so I decided to order a few other things I had in my AutohausAZ shopping cart as well to benefit from their free shipping minimum. (Long story as short as possible) . . . I place my order with everything in stock—soon after receive an email stating one part is back ordered for weeks, so I opt for another manufacturer of the same part —but also add another part to the order since it hadn’t shipped yet. They update the order but end up shipping that added part directly from the vendor to my address affiliated with the billing of that credit card, not what I had filled in for my current shipping address. So that one part gets shipped there, and the other (initial part of the order) is directed for my current address but still hasn’t shipped yet because they’ve back ordered another part but this time didn’t tell me. I contact them, tell the agent my situation, he gives me an attitude like a 20 something year old living in his mothers basement who’s frustrated because his mom is calling him while playing Minecraft and feels interrupted. I tell him to chill and realize it’s their fault that they didn’t update the order to the correct address—after a little conflict he then goes “I’ll make sure no one picks-up your calls the next time you call” and hangs up. Bro—never have I ever experienced this behavior in my personal life let alone dealing with a business.I sent an email to PR about it and never heard back—Never again dude—never.

Horrible customer service

Extremely poor customer service experience. I contacted customer support to inquire why it was taking approximately two business days to receive a return label for a damaged item. The product arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and minimal reinforcement, and the damage was clearly caused during UPS transit.Instead of assisting, the customer service representative responded in an unprofessional and hostile manner. The representative stated that if I disputed the charge with my credit card company, I would be “blacklisted,” which came across as a threat and was completely inappropriate—especially for a legitimate return involving shipping damage.The call then escalated into a shouting match initiated by the representative. This type of behavior, along with making threats toward customers, is unacceptable and unprofessional. Customers should not be spoken to this way when simply requesting a standard return for a damaged item.

No respect for your money

I ordered an Electrical component for my f82. When I received it the box was damaged, poorly taped, the manufacturer box was damaged as if a used product, and one piece of brown paper to protect this item. Although FCPEURO and turner are related, the service is significantly different and I'll never waste my time with their low standard of care.

These guys don't issue refunds for damaged parts they send, they keep the money and blame the customer!Outrageous! Do NOT reccomend!The item was returned as it came in same condition. Whatever they claim is just an excuse for refund denial! And they claim Lifetime warranty or whatever, is all a lie!They blame the customer and don't do anything. What a scam

Called up

Called up, went straight to a survey call back again, and the guy told me he hung up because he heard music in the background. I was driving and said hello immediately then he pretended to be the cofounder of the company having an attitude while I was trying to make a purchase, extremely unprofessional uncaring and disrespectful. This is not a company worth dealing with they will probably make up their own rules give you problems on returns and cause issues. I have something from this company and it put a whole bunch of check engine lights on a different car. It doesn’t seem like there’s quality in products or service. There’s a lot of better companies out there.

Purchased a lip 1 year ago finally got…

Purchased a lip 1 year ago finally got my g80 and the lip fitment is off by more than a inch. 2 shops said they can’t install it . Customer service said with the Lifetime replacement program I would have to buy another lip which is $900 and than get my money back in CREDIT. When I ship my other one back . This is ridiculous and they should have definitely handled this a better way. Very disappointed !!

I'd Give 0 Stars If Possible. They Have Sent Me A Damaged Part, And Now An Incorrect Replacement Part. Recieved An Open Bag, With Correct Part Number, But A Different Part. Super Scummy Place, Believe The Other Reviews. Spend Your Money Somewhere That Will Actually Send You NEW, And Correct Parts.
