Good app but slow with solving third party issues

We really like the functionality - and it's very easy to see the status of all SMS-s. But - there is easy to understand if we have a issue, solving issues with third party providers taking so much time - so we have now moved almost all traffic to another provider (local one) where we have less issues (but not so good management interface) and faster problem solving.

Would like to pay as you go... adding fund is not good for me. Twilio needs to look into how invoices are. E-mail receipts are incomplete.

Not a good experience

High friction in the invoice side, more than 2 months to have it solved, huge amount of emails exchanged.Not covering properly Europe, specially Netherlands and Switzerland.
