Great company and Service

Mind-stretching but worth it

Takes a bit to wrap one's mind around the api and logic flow of a call system, but it's worth it to tap into the power of programmable voip.

overpriced

The service provided by this company is overpriced. Especially if you need incoming SMS they will charge you for it a lot of money. Other companies provide free incoming SMS and don't charge you, but even if you only send SMS it will usually cost you 2x as much comparing to other companies like Plivo. Their support is definitely better than of Plivo, but I would not recommend to use Plivo or Twilio.
