We recently had several jobs carried out around the house. From first contact when made enquiry the response was very quick and visit to the property was arranged. Once visit happened Michail looked at the jobs we required and a quote was provided quickly from the main office. Then a date was given for the jobs to completed which was early the following week. Michail was again the person who came out to complete the jobs, he was very polite, efficient, and completed all the job with no fuss. He was also very clean making minimal mess and when finished he also cleaned up which was appreciated.
Two of the team came out last weekend to make a start on my jungle of a back garden. They wasted no time and laid into the work professionally and quick. They were very polite and took time to go over some details about preferences. Happy for them to return and complete the next stage.

All through the process they kept me up to date. From the initial Email on the Monday to me buying and getting the machine delivered, it was installed on the following Tuesday. If I had known how simple this process was, I would have done it years ago. My fitter was courteous and explained everything about all the products I should use, and best programs. He even gave me advice about an cooker hood. But that's for a later time.
