I’ve used Tyroola twice now for Pirelli P Zero tyres, and both times have been excellent. The prices and deals are hard to beat, and the quality of the tyres is top-notch. The support team has also been very helpful, even assisting me with arranging a discount on a full set of four tyres.A big thank you to April and the Tyroola team you made the whole process smooth and easy. I highly recommend Tyroola for anyone looking for the best value and great customer service.
Mary and the team at Tyroola have always been very accommodating and prompt with their service.Price, quality and service has always been great value with Tyroola and their network of fitters.I wouldn't consider buying and fitting my tyres from anywhere else than Tyroola.
BUY AT OWN RISK NO WARRANTY ON FAULTY SUPPLIED TYRES.Found tyre provided to be faulty but Tyroola won’t warranty item.Provided all requested evidence. Also provided photo evidence showing new tyres fitted to vehicle within days of purchase, these photos also show the fault. Then they tell you if you bought extra cover, on top of an already provided warranty that includes faulty tyres, they would have honoured the faulty tyre claim but they now claim it’s my fault. Changing the warranty approval goalpost at their discretion on a clearly faulty and Cleary dangerous tyre supplied by them with a warranty that is not honoured but still within period Faulty unsafe product supplied with no correction of the issue by supplier apart from blame on meEvidence showing photo that fault can be clearly seen in has been supplied and also supplied data to prove time and date of photo evidence, to wich told that now dosent matter i minipulated it Are they for real??I am also qualified mechanic and have spent years as a tyre fitter, I know what I’m talking about and what I’m looking at CLAIMS BY TYROOLA SAYING I HAVE NOT PROVIDED EVIDENCE OF FAULT ARE INCORRECTFLAGGED CLAIM AS NOT HONOURABLE I THEN PROVIDED FURTHER INFORMATION THEY SAID NEEDED TO WATRANT, THEN AGAIN TOLD THAT NO SORRY THAT DOSENT MATTER NOW EITHER HAS TAKEN 2 WHOLE DAYS OF MY TIME TALKING AND PROVIDING REQUESTED EVIDENCE BUT THEN STILL REFUSING AFTER EVIDENCE BEING PROVIDED, BEING CYNICAL SAYING I HAVE DAMAGED IT MYSELFSAYING I TOOK TO LONG (while still in warranty period right now) to request the claim My father died within days of buying the vehicle the tyres are fitted to, it has done less than 1000 km with those tyresI have had my hands full and have now been told by them the timeframe is not fast enough, yet still in warranty, go figure 13 years PROFESSIONALLY operating as a cert 3 automotive trade certification qualification and 2 years as a tyre fitter I know what I’m talking about TYROOLA TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY ON FAULTY TYRES SUPPLIED ANDDO NOTHING BUT GIVE YOU A RUN AROUND AND SPECULATE YOU ARE BEING DISHONEST BUYER BEWARE
Do not buy from this mob. The product is shonky and old and they do not honour the product protection policy they con you into buying . Instead they throw up a tonne of red tape which if you invested in providing this unreasonable amount of information would cost you more in terms of time and money than the tyres themselves I purchased a set of 4 all terrain and they wobbled When I asked to invoke the product protection they threw a pre canned laundry list of requirements at meDisappointed Strongly recommend you avoid online budget outfits and just deal with your local tyre shop and deal with an actual human
Very disappointing experience. I ordered a tyre with fitment and alignment through Tyroola’s partner Watts Western Rubber. Straight after leaving, my BMW X4 gave a low tyre pressure warning "stop immediately" on the freeway. I later found out they had inflated all four tyres the same, even though the car has different sizes front and rear. After returning from overseas, the car was vibrating under braking and pulling left. I had it checked at Bob Jane Midland, who confirmed the wheel alignment was “out heaps” and the tyre Watts fitted was missing a weight due to poor workmanship. They clearly stated this issue couldn’t have developed in such a short time. I paid $179 to have everything re-done.I sent the report and invoice to Tyroola. Mary initially told me they would reimburse me if the report showed poor workmanship, but after weeks of back-and-forth she completely brushed me off and blamed “road hazards, inflation, or driving habits.” Instead of taking accountability, they offered me a discount on future tyres.I wasted half a day, paid extra out of pocket, and was left driving an unsafe car because of their partner’s unprofessional work. Tyroola refused to stand by their word.Unfortunately, after this experience, I don’t feel confident ordering from them again.
Tylaroo the wait period is too long 4 days v had to wait for a tyre to be delivered then fitted in its easier search for other options says next day when you purchase the tyre as soon as you purchase then it changes its updates not reliable company dont recommend
Purchased tires for my Model 3 order -TY969297202 although they came up as compatable on the website they turned out not to be EV tires and the fitting partner agreed they were not a good match, Time from requesting refund and advised I would be charged $240 has been over 3 weeks and still no refund. If you do use them do your own research on the tires and keep in mind returns is a difficult process.
I’ve purchased my tyres this way twice now. The first time wasn’t great but that was due to the Fitment Centre not being a great place to go to. Second time around I chose a place that had good reviews and now this will be the only way I get my tyres from now on.
