Ordered 4 tryes for a good price, needed them fitting quickly and an affiliate fitter was located just around the corner from my work according to the website so added this. Sweet everything taken care of.Well......No.Once I had completed the order I was asked to contact the fitter to arrange fitting. I found the details for the fitter were out of date (wrong number and address) I also couldn't get hold of the fitter because (as it turned out) he was on holiday. Tyroola had already begun shipping my order to a non-existent address so I had to contact them to advise that the details for their audited fitter were out of date and that they needed to be updated and my tyres redirected.April and George on the phone were as helpful as they could be but the damage had already been done. To be honest for the amount of hassle this was, it wasn't worth the money saved by not buying and fitting at a local outfit, very disappointing.

They advertise discounts when you google products that aren't available and when you contact their agents via their chat feature or via phone. They either go silent or say send us a screen shot so we can check with our marketing team
I bought a set of tyres for $220 each. It was buy 3 and get 1 free. I purchased they and see a few days later that the price has gone down to $190 a tyre. I feel like they artificially inflated the prices just to make them look cheaper. I also booked to get my tyres fitted. I confirmed in online. I called they tyre shop to confirm the time and they had no booking. Another person had the same issue when I did get my tyres fitted. The tyres shop was good. Overall I feel a bit disappointed with the whole experience.
I bought a set of 4 tyres for my car and had a good experience ordering them. Had a small issue with the order but the customer service team did a great job in promptly resolving the issue. I’m waiting for my order to arrive and hope it will go smoothly as well. Thank you Rina for the excellent service.
4 X Tyres were ordered and shipped to Rapid Tune Virginia, this process went relatively smoothly except for the fitters not putting in new valve stem which resulted in a slow leak, meaning I had to return within days of the fitting (2 hours wasted)I recently noticed a bulge in one of the tyres (tyres are 8-9 weeks old) so I contacted Tyroola asking if this was cover as a manufacturing fault? After filling out the form buying a steel ruler and measuring the tread depth, taking numerous pictures and submitting, I was blankly told this is impact damage, which it is not....thus is partly my fault for buying cheap tyres but if they are not fit for purpose (ie: driving on roads) they shouldn't be sold. The company pro rata's the tread wear so only partially refunds the tyre and ignores the fitting and balancing cost completely.I have purchased many sets of tyres in my life and this is easily the worst experience I have ever had with a 'tyre' retailer.In future I will revert to purchasing from a reputable tyre shop....lesson learnt 😬
Could have gone sidewaysThe Agent was very helpful over the phone. One of the tyres I ordered was out of stock, Rina cancelled my order for the other tyre I had purchased and found me 2 new alternative tyres. She said she would contact me when the issue was solved and she followed up.
