Loved the two out of three items I ordered from Buddhastoneshop - I feel like they are offering my protection and a calmness at the same time - exactly as I was hoping for. One of the items felt a bit off energetically to me and so I've asked for this to return. After a few emails back and forth we've come to an agreement that would see me have a replacement item sent in exchange for me covering the shipping costs. This seemed fair to me and Im happy with the resolution of this situation. So very good customer service as well. Overall very positive
I ordered 3 bracelets for my birthday, unfortunately one was too big for my wrist. I emailed them and they responded quite quickly. They have offered me an exchange, I just need to pay the shipping fee....which is understandable. I'm looking forward to getting my replacementThank you 😊
I bought a dress from this company. The dress was shown in a white 100% cotton (not shinny). The dress that turned up - a poor cheap copy which did not match the description and was not 100% cotton but a nylon shinny mix. After contacting the company several times requesting the return address (noting that their website fails to provide a return address and warns that the Asian address on the packaging is not the return address) I have not received the address but requests for more information or offers of a partial refund. I have repeatedly explained that I want to return the missold dress for a full refund, providing photo and documentary evidence that the dress does not match the description and referring them to their 30 day no arguments return policy’ I have noted that the item contravenes the Comsumer credit Act and the company now claims that the dress is in fact a linen and cotton mix (this is another mistruth as it has been tested as a shinny nylon and cotton mix). It’s been 2 weeks of daily requests for a return address ( the item took 2 weeks to arrive) and yet the same has not been forthcoming. Instead they have offered a 15% discount or a replacement. In addition, they warn not to return to the label address on the packaging which is not the return addrss but fail to provide a return address (clearly not in the UK!) and they warn of extensive costs of return. I have contacted them again requesting a return address and suspect the ploy is to string it out beyond the return period. Do not trade with this company it is a scam ! This is the latest reply received just now - essentially you will receive nothing like you ordered, they will then offer you a 30% refund - which will never arrive. A full refund will not be offered, the items will need to be returned to China at huge shipping costs and delay. They will claim it’s outside the return period as it took so long to get a response from them and at least a week to return and then they will claim they didn’t receive the item or reject it so it is returned to you and you pay duty again.It’s a scam Their response on 6th attempt:“Thank you for the letter.We will provide the biggest 30% discount for the item if you would like to keep it. 2 fabulous items received which I am very pleased with. Lovely design, colour and materials. The dress I ordered turned out to be big for a UK 10 however once I contacted them, a resolution was agreed quickly - excellent customer service! I would recommend this company and will purchase from them again 😃
