ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Complete waste of money. Do not buy from this company. They won’t except returns unless you put a good review on. The trousers I bought are nothing like in the picture and made from cheap awful material. Also wrong colour so not as described. Terrible that they try to bribe you. I’m totally disgusted. And fuming that I’ve wasted my money! Be very aware - this is a con !
Top Customer Service. I ordered the wrong size of Kimono Jacket, totally my fault. Resolution by Tashi in customer service, "send us cost of package and we will replace with correct size" no need to send the original back. Well done Buddhastonesshop, great stuff.
Having brought 3 pairs of harem pants which have all come apart at the seams literally, I have contacted the service team and have been really pleased with their response times and offer how to resolve the issue. They have offered to compensate me for more than the value of the pants which I am happy with.
I ordered after finding them online and I was very happy with the speed of dispatch and delivery of the 2 piece set. Great quality, nice light weight cotton with good detailing. I hadn't taken into account the sizing and when I contacted customer service they did everything I would have wanted to arrange a replacement size. Overall, Very happy.
