The trousers I ordered were lovely but came up smaller than expected. I reached out to arrange a return, but due to the cost and inconvenience, the brand kindly offered to send me a replacement pair instead. Unexpected and so appreciated!Really refreshing to see a company that listens and makes the effort to look after their customers. I’ll shop with them again.
Having received the cord bracelet set at Christmas, it had been worn only a couple of times. The cords had started to unravel. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. Having had the bracelet for 6 months they offered me a very fair solution. I was asked to pay £6 for delivery customs etc and they would send out a replacement. Very happy with the solution. Thank you
