Genuinely surprised at how good the service was for me…. I ordered a medium as that’s what usually am. But failed to notice other reviews (and the size guide) that indicate these clothes come up smaller than UK sizes. I was given the option to pay a new delivery charge and get a new larger size - while also keeping the smaller size. That seems very fair…. Five stars! 👍
Linen trousers are a lovely fit and very good value for both the quality of the material, the cut and free delivery options that were available. The company were very flexible about returns for one of the pairs that didn't quite fit my expectations and responded with a solution immediately
Buddha stone shop has the widest selection of styles of trousers I have found. I bought six different styles and they were all very well made, of quality fabric and looked good too!Customer service is fantastic. Personal emails with a very quick response time. I could not recommend Buddha stone more highly.
Since May I’ve ordered a total of 10 items from this seller. 6 outfits and a bracelets for myself and 3 outfits for my husband.I would say I’m quite picky with everything, particularly outfits, from the design, material down to the quality of the product. So far, I can definitely vouch for everything! The outfits I bought for my husband were not to his liking. I did decide to return them until I showed them to my lads. Since they were Asian looking, they loved all of them and kept them for themselves.Two of the outfits I purchased for myself are my favourite.I would encourage anyone in investing in good quality products. My bracelet was a birthday present, something I always wear and absolutely adore. Customer service has also been exceptional. The only thing I would say is please order in advance as the delivery can take longer. Having said this - I will definitely buy from them again.
I ordered a Buddha Stones long sleeved, turn down collar shirt. Delivery was quicker than I expected and I was delighted with look and quality of the shirt. Unfortunately the M that I ordered was just a little too snug to be comfortable so I contacted Buddha Stone for assistance. They really couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and quickly arranged for a larger size replacement.
I ordered 3 shirts having received one as a gift for Christmas. I haven’t found anything similar on the high street as I was extremely pleased with the quality of material and finish of the product. Disappointingly when these arrived it appeared that the sizes had been adjusted (the new shirts coming up short) and I now required a size larger. I can’t fault the customer service at all as replacements are being dispatched and communication has been constantly with updates from order to dispatch, delivery and the necessity to exchange.
