I adore this shop for its unique homeware items, all of which are of high quality and detail. Their Tibetan range is exceptional and reasonably priced. The customer service is excellent, with detailed tracking of my package. Highly recommended!
Lovely trousers but rather on the big size. Very helpful customer services who said they would send replacement size I only had to pay postage. Very kind and nice to deal with a company who actually bothers to reply to email and help sort out problem. I would reccommend.
I ordered a jade bangle that arrived quickly and was lovely. After two weeks of wear, it broke. I contacted the company, and they were incredibly helpful, apologizing for the issue and sending a replacement that also arrived quickly. It’s beautiful, and their service was kind and supportive.
really beautiful unique crystal bracelets that come very nicely packaged in their own pouch and box perfect for gifting but I bought these to treat myself make sure you measure your wrist and check the bracelet size before you order customer service is easy to each on social media and delivery didn’t take too long either to the uk reasonable time
Lovely, natural fabrics and colourful, unique garments. The sizing of one of the items was completely off, and as one of the other reviewers mentioned, it was not possible to return it, but after a flurry of emails, they sent me a smaller sized replacement - as long as I contributed to the cost of postage. Shipping was slow, but I now have items that fit.
I tried to cancel my order but this message was ignored. I also messaged them via Facebook Messenger which was read. I sent a second email to another address they give and they replied but did not sort my issue and now they have sent the item - so they say. I have found their customer service appalling. UPDATE - see their comment below. Now they respond via email saying that they have not received my emails...which they obviously did to have replied to it! (Be aware they have two email addresses) and they say it was too late to cancel my order. Total rip off and I can only imagine, after seeing other comments on here, that the items will be totally substandard. Nightmare! NEXT UPDATE You are helping us heal Tibet. For every product sold, Buddha Stones will donate part of the proceeds from every product sold to Tibetan charity projects to help poor children in Tibet obtain a good education. We hope to hire teachers to teach in these areas and build classrooms so that these children can learn in peace. YES...this is how they promote themselves on their website. And they say UK Buddhastone...nothing whatsoever to do with UK or Tibet. China yes...so beware.
