We have used Elis for more than 20 years and overall we have been very happy. Yes we have had issues but they have always been dealt with professionally and quickly by Kelly Dawson who is an excellent account manager.

We've been using Elis UK for a few months now, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Their pickup & delivery service is incredibly convenient, the clothes always come back clean & neatly folded.
