I had a terrible experience with this company, still ongoing and can’t seem to find anyone reasonable to talk to, and I can't stress enough how disappointed I am. They took our owned linen for cleaning and never returned it. To make matters worse, they charged us for workwear that we never received. Their customer service is lacking, and it's nearly impossible to get any resolution. I strongly recommend that everyone stays well clear of this joke of a company. Save your time and money!
I nearly got hit by one of your drivers (DC23 OES). The guy is a danger on the road. When I asked him why - he said he didn't care and wished he had hit me. He then went onto say he didn't care if he lost his job. Do everyone a favour and get rid of him.
I posted last week on the treatment received after being involved in a traffic accident whilst driving for Elis. A reply was quickly posted by Elis "we are so sorry for your experience but our HR team are aware and dealing with your case"I have been off work with accident related issues since 02/01/2025 I am now receiving no money of any sort and have a 22 week wait for an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. I am being financially ruined because this "EMPLOYER OF CHOICE" does not have adequate insurance cover for anyone driving their vehicles and they certainly do not have any sort of morals.
Signing a contract with Elis is quick but. Once the paperwork was done with their rep, Stephen, he disappeared – never to be seen again (only every emails never calls). When issues arise, Elis don’t try to resolve them fairly. Instead, they act as judge, jury, and executioner, slapping you with surcharges rather than working with you.The contradiction is staggering: they say it’s impossible to check everything they send out, yet claim they can 100% identify every single item you return and insist that every piece is checked. If that were true, why did they try to charge us last month for another hotel’s laundry misusage? Clearly their system isn’t as flawless as they claim.Overall, the service is poor, the support is non-existent, and the customer is always the one who pays.Oh well, not much a little hotel can do.

The Elis Merton branch provides an excellent service! Deliveries are always on time, and the service team – especially Angela and Paul – are super helpful. Our account manager, Liam, is friendly, responsive, and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. He has also helped improve the quality of linen and reduce rejects. Overall, very reliable and professional.
