I WORKED FOR ELIS.COM, WEST BROMWICH FOR A FEW WEEKS, I WAS DISGUSTED BY MANAGEMENT & A FEW OLD SKIN HEADED RACISM LOSERS. I NEVER STUDIED THEM AS I TAUGHT THEM A LIFE LESSON & I MOVED ON LIKE A MODERN CARAVAN BUT YOU SHOULD NEVER WORK FOR THIS SCAM COMPANY. I AM NOT SURE HOW MONEY JAMES SAVILE PEDOPHILES INSIDE ELIS-WEST-BROM, BRANCH? I WOULD INVESTIGATE ONE DAY!
On 5th May I spoke to Elis and sent them the below email yet no-one has responded?Morning,At 8.25am this morning, one of your van drivers hit a cyclist at the junction of Brook Drive and Kennington Road SE11 6SF.The collision made a loud bang, but your driver did not stop. People were shouting at him / her from the street to stop, but they didnt.The least your driver should have done is stop to see if the cyclist was ok, and to see if there was any damage caused to the bike as well.I tried to take a photo of the van's number plate but a cyclist is in the way - see attached.I will be contacting the police if I do not get a suitable reply from you.
Terrible service. Poor quality goods and they don't repair the clothes. No one is available to manage our account. When we report problems we just get excuses back and no solutions. Very inflexible - force you to pay for workwear of employees who have left the business years ago (because they trap you in ridiculously long contracts) and despite us constantly reporting a terrible service they feel it's appropriate to try to trap us in the contract for an additional 4 months because they were 4 months late on delivering the workwear to begin with after the date we signed the contract.
Only 1 of our overalls were returned on our delivery day. I spoke to Mark @ Redruth who had already chased the overalls prior to my call as he had picked up from stores that they hadn't been returned. The overalls were located and are being sent overnight to be delivered to us tomorrow. Great service and positive outcome.
