My device stopped working while it was still under warranty. After a very brief communication of just two emails, they decided to send me a new device immediately, even though I bought the original device from another seller and didn't have the receipt. Very professional and courteous people.5*

Remington extended guarantee

I always register all my Remington products for extended guarantee. I had issue with my hair straighteners and completed warranty claim on line. Received email about my claim straight away. Next day another email to submit more details, pictures and video of my product. Third email about my claim received day after with good news that I will receive new product within 3-5 days.This was absolutely fantastic experience. Very simple and easy process and such a great customer service. Highly recommend Remington products and definitely worth registering your products for extra guarantee. Thank you very much for all your help, by far the best I had in long time.

I just wanted to right about the after care at Remington ! I purchased the new RX7 Shaver and what a fantastic Shaver this is! Any sadly one of the cutting Heads on the shaver came away from its position needless to say I was Gutted because I thought I would have a struggle trying to get it fixed! I contacted Remington and Explained my Problem and Wow how great there after service and care are it’s absolutely Brilliant totally understood my Issues!Thank you Remington very Professional company to Deal with!
