I purchased a shaver in November 2022 as a backup for my regular razor. It has barely been used, probably only around 20 shaves and charged about 4 times. Recently, when I tried to use it, the battery was dead, so I plugged it in to charge overnight. The next morning, I found that the on/off switch had fallen off. The plastic underneath had melted, causing the switch to detach from the body! I reached out to the company, and they had the audacity to offer me a 20% discount on another product since it was out of warranty. I emphasized that no rechargeable device should ever overheat to the point of melting, regardless of its age. Now, I’m stuck with a non-functional shaver and no replacement or refund, despite multiple emails. Unsurprisingly, I won't be accepting their inadequate 20% discount offer. If you doubt my experience, I'm willing to share a photo to demonstrate how hot it must have gotten! I will never consider purchasing another one of their poorly designed and unsafe products.
My interaction with the support team was flawless. They effectively resolved my issue, leaving me very satisfied. I will continue to recommend these products. I'm truly impressed; the items are excellent, and the support is exceptionally good.
