No Remington RX7 shaving heads in the UK!!!

Firstly the 5 star rating is for Eduardo a very nice friendly chap who dealt with my order quickly and sensibly. As for Remington I bought your RX7 head shaver and it's impossible to buy a replacement cutting head in the UK without resorting to fakes which will no doubt be of dubious quality! This head purchased for £29.99 has to be sent from Romania!!! I find this a ridiculous situation to be in. Please get some stock to the UK soonest. Thank you.

Excellent customer service

I couldn't get my Remington hair straighteners to work as the on/off switch seemed to be stuck. They were still under guarantee so I decided to give Remington customer support a call which was answered straight away. They were so helpful and asked me to email a photo of my receipt and of the straighteners. The following day I got an email back saying although they didn't have the same model they would send me my choice up to the original RRP . Three days later they arrived. The customer care from beginning to end was second to none .I have bought Remington hair dryers and stylers before and they have lasted for years. I recommend the brand and it's reassuring to know that in the unlikely event of a problem Remington Support is there to help. Many thanks

I have contacted the Remington team regarding the problem appeared in my hairdryer. Their customer support team was efficient, helpful and patient throughout the whole processes from acknowledgement, investigation and follow up with solutions. Especially Mike, Laura and Eduard who were really professional. Great after sale experience!

Good but, could have gotten to a resolution much…

Could have gotten to a resolution much quicker but in the end the correct outcome and resolution was made. Email exchanges were always polite however I had to resend photographs of the broken product again even though I had already sent them. However as mentioned we got there in the end.

Purchased a remington f2 shaver

Purchased a remington f2 shaver. Very noisy, my neighbours complained about its noise waking them in the mornings. Does not give a close shave and I'm left with stubble equivalent to several days growth after using this shaver.

Out standing service

My hairdryer broke down and I didn’t have the receipt but it wasn’t very hard sent an email to Remington and some pictures and they are sending me a replacement, there customer service was outstanding and they were so helpful.
