Helpful support team

Excellent Customer Service

My Remington hairdryer stopped working on a high speed and after contacting the retailer was given the option to get into contact with Remington as it was half way through it's 3 year warranty. After an initial phone call I received helpful emails on what to do next from Remington. In conclusion, after detailing the problem and sending photos of invoices and the hairdryer, I have just received a new one from them. I am very pleased with their customer service and happy with the results.

The best products and the best service.

The Remington team were quicker to resolve the problem and send me another product than I was to simply reply to their email. I have been a customer of the brand for over 20 years, and the attentive service and speed reinforced my loyalty to the brand, because in all the years I have used Remington products, this is the first time I have had to request warranty assistance and it was promptly resolved. I had problems with the supplier regarding the warranty. Remington stepped in and replaced the faulty item. I have bought their products for years and had very few problems but they always deal with things admirably.

Hi my daughter has had a remington hair…

Hi my daughter has had a remington hair dryer for some years without any problems.Tonight it has stopped working &plastic pieces came out of the main body of the hair dryer at some speed while drying her hairNo one was hurt, just scared the life out of her!!!!This could have been nasty.

Cordless shaver customer services never again …

Bought a women's cordless shaver just over a year ago. Used no more than 10 times. The springs fell out of the head and its now unusable. Contacted customer services, just ridiculous. Lots of questions, replied. Then told I can purchase foils, that wasn't the issue. I replied. Sorry we cant help. Replied. You can purchase the head, which is actually the foils. Complete waste of time. Poor customer service and poor product.
