Absolutely terrible customer service. Wish I'd read all these reviews before ordering.Placed a significant order only to be told days later than half of it was out of stock (how hard is it to build a stock counter to your website??).Ordred weeks ago but still haven't received anything and Topps refuse to answer emails. Like everyone has suggested, avoid ordering from them.
I have bought a box there, an expensive one, in july.I have received an empty parcel. The box I'd ordered wasn't inside at all.I got in touch with customer support, they have asked me to fill some documents, then to send everything back to them.I did, they closed the case and never answered anymore. I'm trying to get in touch with them every week since that time and they don't answer anymore. I've lost 300 euros. This company shoudn't be able to continue to do business anymore.
I’ve order a box of card for my nephews birthday like 2 weeks in advance, order all okay until they send me a email saying my package has been delivered,Impossibile because I was not Home,come home and nothing there, no even in my neighbour or in some corner, check the tracking number and there is a picture of the box in some next corner now I have not received nothing but they are saying aswell that the confirmation of proof of delivery is there so I should find the package.At this point I’m just frustrated and I want my refund is £160 not £10 Very disappointed
Ordered a topps chrome star wars box with no autograph inside. Wasn't to stressed as surley this huge company would send me the main pull of a £140 box, nope. Ignore and close requests with no assistance. Said for me to take a photo of the card to prove it? Just feel like I have been ripped off, and they have just taken money and now don't care.
Topps cards say they will give you 10% off your first order but they won’t give it to you, so don’t be fooled into thinking you will get a discount! Numerous emails that say my query has been closed but no mention as to why there wasn’t a 10% discount!!
Visited the Chester store where I found a total lack of interest to my request that they try to match a tile that I purchased from that store recently. The staff couldn’t be bothered to lift their eyes off the computer to even address me properly. The fact that there was no other customers in the shop shows that I am not the only person to have found this attitude, and with the choice of tile shops available, I would’ve thought they would provide a better customer service
Very frustrating. I ordered a set of football cards on the Topps website intended for my son’s birthday. The transaction has left my bank account but Topps deny there is an order. They won’t send the order nor give a refund but rather keep saying it’s my problem. Rude and unhelpful.
Can’t I give no stars ? Got defective CL stickers not cut properly before Christmas . A month later after complaint someone asks me for proof !! ( value £1.90) . I sent it. Was told someone would get back to me in a month. Why not give the contract to Panini ?
