Item Missing. No Replies on Emails

Steve Aoki box I ordered never arrived but on the shipping order that was sent they said it was. No one ever replies to the emails & even now with most companies having staff in the office no calls are being answered. Crap customer service. I just want to know where part of my order is.

Item missing, won't respond to emails

Been using them for a while and they were great, until recently that is. Ordered a "Web Wednesday" offer for the Limited Edition card, order wasn't sent out for 6 days (2 hours after I sent them an email enquiring about it) and when I finally got my order, that LE card was missing. I've emailed several times since, even trying to get a reply on social media to no avail. It's as if they're reading emails but then not bothering to respond
