I won a raffle for two Topps Deco Boxes on the 1st of November and a pending charge for £250 was placed on my bank account.After a few days, I had not heard anything regarding shipping so I looked at the product on the Topps website only to find out that they being shipping on the 13th-17th December. I immediately contacted Topps to cancel the order as it did not state anywhere that this product would ship in mid December when I entered the raffle. I am yet to receive a response from Topps and judging by the other reviews on here, I don’t think I ever will. Furthermore, my brother purchased a Topps product from Amazon and it arrived with multiple defects. He complained to Amazon and started a return, but Topps simply refused to refund. After weeks of back and forth and the involvement of multiple Amazon customer service agents, a refund was finally issued. It’s shameful that a large company such as Topps has such terrible customer service. I would highly discourage any potential customers from at Topps. If you absolutely need to buy a product from Topps, please use a credit card so you have some protection.
I was under the impression that Topps being a leading manufacturer in football cards would responded to customer issues with a faulty product they have sent out! But NO! It would appear Topps are more than happy to take your money from you regardless to if they are sending incomplete products out! And with no responses from 5 emails sent to them are obviously more than happy to ignore their customers!Very, Very poor from such a company! I would highly recommend people buy there football cards from a retailer who has a good customer service and returns policy. But avoid buying directly from Topps! They are crooks! They'll take your money! Mess up your order! And never responded or refund you for their mistakes!
Oh, where do I even start with this masterpiece of customer service? Honestly, if there were an award for “Most Useless Company of the Year,” they would be the undisputed champion. Standing ovation. Not only did they set a new record for ignoring every single attempt I made to contact them about the defective products they so graciously sent, but they also somehow managed to make the entire process of seeking help feel like a never-ending obstacle course. Impressive!But the real gem? After forcing me through an Olympic-level marathon of complaints, stalling, and hoops (all for their mistake, mind you), they finally “resolved” the issue by, drumroll please, doing absolutely nothing! And then they just closed the case, like a magic trick, except the only thing that vanished was any shred of faith I had in their company. Slow. Hand. Clap. A round of applause for this stellar display of professionalism. Bravo!
Never buy there cards ever again. My son collected the premier league 23/24 season and got down to single figures. I bought the remaining ones which took 2 months to arrive and when it did was one short. Contacted customer services who took 5 weeks to respond and eventually they said they will send it out only to then say they didn't do the card anymore and would refund me for the cost. Shambles of a company. As a result my son and now his mates are buying panini stickers. And I have let everyone I know not to buy topps cards.
Product is top quality but unfortunately the customer service is awful. I got sent a wrong item back at the end of August/beginning of September. I've had one email reply asking for a photo and nothing since. 2 months later and no interest in sorting a small issue which means a lot to a kid which was his birthday present. Think I'll be encouraging him to collect another set of cards after the non existent customer service from what can only be described as a poor company. Consider before you order anything from here.
I ordered some standard cards from Topps.com for the UEFA 2025 season. Till now, nothing has been received, after several reminders, emails, contacts, no reply. It was for a special occasion of my son and still no response. I ordered it at the end from Amazon. Now, I have send an email to cancel but again no response. Even I thought I was fraud by these online websites, but now I see everybody have the same experience.
Absolutely appauling service. Not able to get hold of customer service by phone (that is charged for) email or social media. Cards missing from package that my 7 year old brought with his birthday money, he had been so upset. Last time I will allow my children to start collection with this company's selection.
Collected the 2024 eurocup sticker album this year and I wasn't impressed with the large amount of stickers, missing key players and unlicensed teams showing just the head. Then it was hard to find most of the golden SP cards to complete the album. We ordered the last 30 stickers from topps and they missed one. After weeks and weeks of waiting for a response they finally did and sent the missing sticker, so not the best customer service but at least they eventually delivered.
