Customs fees if buying from Ireland.

I was charged customs fees for delivery to Ireland. 23e euro. Most UK companies pay the fees when this happens. I contacted Topps but I didn't get a reply. I'll be sticking with Amazon in future.

Cannot fulfil orders on time

Placed an order on 18/09/2025 it is now 26/09/2025 I got told my order would have shipped today by the latest yet still no movement and now I can’t contact them until 29/09/2025 as they are only open mon-fri, would definitely not recommend buying from them as the customer service are useless and they can’t even stick to their promised 1-2 business day shipping timeframe, I have contacted them every single day since 23/09/2025 an all I’ve been told is to wait until today the 26th and it will be shipped and be delivered by latest 29/09/2025 however it still isn’t shipped which means even though it is already late it will be even later than the late promised date. Just go to smyths.

So placed an order as a birthday…

So placed an order as a birthday present advised will ship between 18th and 22nd September, today is the Birthday and nothing been speaking with Topps advised due to a stock issue hasn’t been shipped which is weird since I purchased a bundle of Tins yet the individual ones all still showing in stock….. so have requested a refund today to basically be told that the item will ship tomorrow and I will need to return it once I receive it which just seems bizarre as the order hasn’t actually shipped yet, they seem quick enough to take your money, there customer service is non existent, still awaiting a resolution from an issue raised when they shipped the Stickers with the Gold signatures supposedly one in every box and then got told there had been some faulty boxes released. Shame they seem to be getting all the licenses of everything as Panini are 100x better then this company

Not a great experience

Not a great experience. I have attempted to pre order on two occasion's with new releases and had no joy even though I checked out in a matter of minutes. Scalpers always win it seems.

Topps ruined Premier league cards

This was a bad experience because 1. Pages were not numbered had to use a calculator to figure out where cards go 2. Hard to figure out what type of parreral card there were only examples of a few specific cards.

2026 disappointment, save your money

My son bought the 2026 binder, was not impressed and had this feedback: Pages in folder were not numbered, it was hard to tell which parallel cards were which- as only a few examples given. Without numbered pages it takes ages to know we're to put the cards. Because base cards and social cards are not separated in the binder, it is hard to tell which is which- which ones go with team and which go at the end.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Extremely disappointing experience with Topps, buying in the pre-sale for 2026 Premier League cards. I ordered them a week before release, and today is release day and I've had no update from Topps and they still haven't been posted. Shocking service and I have a very disappointed son. Would strongly suggest you avoid buying directly through Topps

Appalling, avoid at all costs!!!

I purchased some Marvel cards with the clear expectation that it would arrive in pristine condition, especially given the cost of £270. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged, and I was left with no option but to initiate a refund process.The refund was approved, and I returned the item promptly. According to the tracking information, it was delivered to your facility on June 23rd. Despite this, I have yet to receive my refund.Since returning the item, I have made numerous attempts to contact their customer service team—via email, phone, and the live chat system. Emails have gone unanswered, can't ever get an answer when phoning up, and the live chat consistently disconnects. This level of service is completely unacceptable for any company, let alone one serving dedicated collectors.It has now been almost a month since the item was returned, and there has been no communication or action taken and I have still not received my refund. I have given Topps more than a fair amount of time to resolve my issue and informed them of the next steps I will be taking, but still no resolve or reply.I think the way this company has behaved is absolutely appalling. I will be making a corporate complaint and contacting Trading Standards!!!
