Review Time
Placed and paid for an order on November 23, which was three weeks ago and heard nothing. Emailed, no reply. Emailed again, no reply. Spoke with someone a week ago and was told to email. When I said I already had, was told they would come back to me. Needless to say I heard zilch. Tried same approach the following week and the woman (who was actually v helpful) said she’d look into it. A few hours later I received an email saying order was on its way only to receive another email some hours later saying they had run out of stock. Does this company not make the cards? On the phone they tried to fob me off with Royal Mail strikes but this simply doesn’t cut it. What sort of company is this? Total embarrassment and sloppy. Obviously problem is with ordering process - it certainly wasn’t slow in accepting payment for non existent order. Avoid unless you like paying for things they have no intention in sending your way. Still to receive a refund.
Shockingly awful customer service, there is no telephone number that connects just an answer phone message that you cannot leave a message on weirdly, so only means of contact is email and don’t expect an answer no matter how many you send, who you send them to, or how many complaint cases you open. Will never, ever use this company again cannot warn you enough. Oooh and yes the delivery was wrong, and damaged but I’ve given up now.
Case number 00155915 incorrect delivery continues. On the 25th October I requested a pre paid label so I could at least send my incorrectly delivered order back without response. Would you believe the two phone lives are hiding behind a Covid outbreak which has been the standard message for over a month.They are a joke.
Shocking company, purchased 2 boxes of champions league over 3 months ago, didn’t ship in 2 months and never replied to any email. Had to raise a dispute with my card company. Topps have told me they refunded me 3 weeks ago which I still haven’t received. Bunch of thieves, avoid like the plague
I ordered a booster box of SPFL chrome 21/22 cards and a batch of the Project22 cards back on the 22nd of July. Three weeks later, I had received the Project22 cards, which I thought would have came later than the chrome cards. As of today, the 12th of September, I have not received the chrome cards and not even received an email why, even though I sent in a request over 24 days ago and their FAQ's said that their time to reply at their busiest is 14-21 days. Never ordering again
Avoid this company at all costs. Spend your money at panini instead. No customer service, no replies to emails. Miss release days. Just avoid or be disappointed. Have no contact from company and no telephone number available. Just a rubbish online enquiry form.
Terrible experience. They sent me a damaged item, they taped around some parts; others were simply torn. I opened a complaint, which they took weeks to look at. They expect me to send the item (at my cost and not their responsibility if lost) so they decide what to do. Pictures are very clear. I asked them to offer at least free refund. They are now ignoring me. Happy to share photos
