Disappointing hotel stay. The rooms were outdated, the bathroom was cramped, and the service was lacking. Many TV channels were not functional, and the walls were dirty. The toilet paper holder was broken, causing the roll to fall frequently. Housekeeping cleaned the room but only left two fresh towels after taking four used ones. Despite calling the front desk multiple times and speaking with the front manager, it took over an hour to receive the extra towels. Additionally, the cleaning staff left a pair of dirty gloves on the floor. The overall condition was unsatisfactory, and I would recommend seeking other options.

The hotel was nice and had a great location, but our room lacked hot water. We stayed there in December when the weather was freezing, so a warm shower would have been appreciated. When we reported this to management, they didn't seem to care or offer any accommodations. They refused both a full and partial refund.
I had previously stayed at this hotel without major issues, but my last experience was unacceptable. They charged my room twice and instead of refunding the deposit, they applied it as an extra payment without my consent. Resolving this has been a nightmare as the staff refused to rectify their mistake and offered no solutions, leaving me to deal with the booking platform alone. A hotel at this price point should manage basic billing correctly. The lack of accountability and customer support was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I won't be returning after this.
The hotel was in a fantastic location, very central, and I was excited to be near Times Square and Central Park. My daughter and I stayed for a week, and everything was fine until the day before our departure when a bag containing my dirty clothes went missing from our room. Management was helpful, but no one claimed to have moved the bag. Upon checking out, we were told the nearly $300 destination fee would be reversed, but over a month later, my emails have gone unanswered and the money hasn't been refunded. I would have considered staying here again, but I won’t be returning after this experience.
We spent two nights at this hotel with children. The room size was adequate, and while the bathroom wasn’t impressive for a four-star hotel, it was acceptable. Initially, the reception left us with mixed feelings, but after returning from a trip, Anna at reception was fantastic. We had left my daughter's stuffed bunny in the room, and with security's help, they found it. She also arranged for us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours. Anna went the extra mile, which made a significant difference. Thank you!
The reception staff were rude, and the heating in the room was broken. The window didn’t close properly, and a security deposit of $100 per night was taken at check-in, which impacted our trip as we couldn’t access those funds. We were informed it could take three weeks to return the money! There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and the hotel bar was closed on Sundays and Mondays. Although the location is central, this hotel is not four-star quality, and I won’t be staying again or recommending it.
I booked through a package and then encountered an unexpected 'destination fee' not specified in the contract. The booking platform stated they couldn’t control this fee and advised me to contact the hotel directly. Upon checkout, the hotel echoed the same sentiment, stating the booking platform should have disclosed this cost. It’s unacceptable not to provide an explanation for this hidden fee.
