The technical support is good but the it’s ridiculous that you must pay to retrieve your files in the event of an issue. The renewal fee should be extended to existing customers. The fee for service is a bit much and goes up every year. I’m also a Mac user and the only way to use the service is online; whereas Windows users can access all platforms of the software.
This is my 3rd year using ultimate tax and I have no complaints at all. The software works very well and has really helpful features. Customer service is excellent whether you need help from the technical support or sales team. Thank you UT team!
