The person that tried to assist me was totally incapable of understanding my question or my problem. She then transferred me to another person who also did not seem to know what I was talking about. And both of them kept telling me what I was seeing and what I was doing when I tried to explain to them they Over talking me and not paying attention to what I was telling them. It was an extremely frustrating call dealing with this situation. My problem has not yet been solved the advanced tech was supposed to call me back with further information however I have not received that call. I was totally disappointed with the assistance I received and I considered it a total waste of my time.
The software needs updates, some firms are not in the system, customer service in the past has been horrible with their favor phrase ( I am not a tax preparer) even though you are calling for technical support rather than tax advise. This has some what changed at the end of the season with some ladies taking over the customer service.
