Large order disaster

I placed a large order in September and heard nothing. After reaching out, I was informed of issues with shipping. I requested a refund on October 3rd, and as of November, I'm still receiving vague emails about my refund 'should' be processed shortly!

Perfect for my mum

I purchased these for my mum (she's 68) after she was scammed online. She paid $50 for subpar 'leakproof' underwear and was quite upset. When the order arrived three weeks later, she was so relieved that she cried. She says they are the most comfortable underwear she's ever worn, truly absorbent, and the cotton is gentle on her skin. Her confidence has returned, and she can't stop talking about them with her book club. I'm already planning to buy her more for Christmas.

Extremely disappointed!

I ordered from Ultradries on 8 October 2025. Initially communication was good, however, after being assured my delivery was on its way, and a tracking number would be sent, nothing! No communication, no tracking, no goods. I am very disappointed.

I used to go through a pack of pads…

I used to go through a pack of pads every week, it was getting expensive! I decided to try Ultradries and I'm so glad I did. It took a few weeks to arrive but totally worth it. I haven't bought pads since. The cotton feels so much better than those plastic ones and I feel fresher all day. Never going back!
