Review Time
The company sent the wrong size underwear to me. They have not responded to 3 emails to rectify this problem. They have no phone number to contact them. And finally, the 'write a review' team on their website does not work. I have been scammed.
I’m giving Ultradries 4 stars as I have not received the order yet, but each time I have reached out with a query, Laura has responded within 24 hours. We are on holiday and I placed the order 12 days ago, hoping it would arrive in good time. However, on making enquiries through Laura, it looks like it will arrive too late. Laura has changed the destination address so that it will arrive after our return. Although I’ve not yet received the order, first impressions are that this is a reliable company. Updated 27/07/2025I eventually received my order a month later. However, it was worth the wait. The pants are comfortable, wash well (at 30 degrees) and maintain their absorbency, unlike other pants I’ve tried. As well as the pants, I ordered some absorbent pads as back up for night time. These work. They have hook and eye fasteners and don’t move due to a special non-slip strip. All in all, very impressive. Thank you.
Excellent customer service. Fabulous quality. Lovely colours. I was sent the incorrect style but after contacting Ultra dries, this was resolved immediately. I haven't had a chance to wear and test the incontinence side but will update my review forthwith.
Laura replied to me within 2 hours. I had conflicting messages on the tracking site. I had even ordered the wrong size on one item which had been rectified. She assured me that my order was on its way and as I’m going to be away from home said she would track it to make sure it wasn’t left in view on my doorstep. First class service
When I saw the advertisement for the ultradries it was wonderful to be able to use and wash them several times I never thought such would existThey are comfortable and look just like ordinary pants Not bulky so I feel confident wearing them with trousers and confident they will not leak I love them Laura especially assisted me with help and advice she’s been so very kind I will definitely be sharing this whole experience with friends and family
I haven't received my Ultradries as yet, but was really impressed by the way Laura reacted to my email. I wrote to say that I noticed that the wrong size was being sent, and immediately Laura wrote to say that she had ordered a replacement, and the correct size would be sent to me and I was to give away the small ones which were already on their way. This is what I would consider excellent Customer Service.
The customer service I received from Laura has been 2nd to none. It's not always easy to project a warm, helpful attitude through words, but that's what Laura's achieved in my email contact with her, which is why I'm very happy to highly recommend her Customer Service Skills.
