My order arrived today! fit ok but gusset narrow but still gave them a try- useless - leaked immediately after a sneeze! Washing instructions:-can only be washed in cold water by hand or machine !Binned as not worth hassle of paying postage for return to China and likelihood of getting money back- slim to no chance.Shameful scam. I have not received my order so emailed and Laura assured out for delivery, then I got email and goods are coming from China not USA and no free return to China.so emailed again believing I have been scammed for 2nd time this year ordering from FB.I was assured again by Laura company address is in USA and with a ridiculous splurge on how they use China and other Asian countries for deliveries. Seems Trump not getting his tariffs then?I Googled address in US which said same address is used by over 53000 shelf Companies and they predominantly engage in cybercrime mis -selling .And so many thousand of people scammed !It has to be time FB stopped these scam firms advertising. I am not expecting this product to be fit for purpose now and will go in recycle bin like last clothes ordered on another bogus FB advertised shop in London supposedly closing down after 60 years -I then noticed similar adverts for local shops selling clothes; shoes etc in London Manchester and Birmingham but all coming from China and no free returns - the splurge was almost word for word on each site misleading people to believe in genuine shop trading in these cities.I thought I had been more careful this time .Such a fool for getting caught yet again.
These were not suitable, the size and fabric were all wrong for me, and I had waited over a month for them. Had I known they were coming from China I'd NEVER have bought them. They give the impression they have a base in the UK, hence why I bought!I never wore them, and immediately asked to return them. I was offered a ''keep them and we'll pay you something back'' offer. I declined. They then upped the offer, but it was a substantial amount I'd paid, and it was cheaper to return them and pay for the return.I did return them by international courier, and have proof of postage, which I have supplied to them. At first they said I had put the wrong post code on the parcel, but I have the email from them that gave me the full details of where to send it.Now they now say that they can't refund until the parcel is documented as received. So ''Catch 22'' comes in. They just never have to register the receipt of the parcel and they don't/won't have to recompense me! The carrier is equally difficult to get any answers to my enquiries I might add. Steer clear of these people. It's impossible to return and if you don't want them, wave goodbye to your money. I will NEVER deal with any business online unless can verify their base and return procedure and address in future, and certainly not Ultradries.
