Why does this feel like a scam?

I placed my order two weeks ago. Their website says items will be shipped in 1-2 days. On contacting customer service I have been reassured several times by a very AI response from "Laura". All the reviews on here mention "wrong size being sent" and "Laura rectified the matter". Good customer service is not messing up and fixing it, it is sending the CORRECT item QUICKLY. I have also not seen ANY reviews that say how good the product is (or isn't). I still have no dispatch or tracking confirmation and if I get any more AI responses from "Laura" instead of my product, I will be requesting a refund ASAP. If however, I receive my order within the next week, and the products themselves are worth the wait, then I will happily change my rating to 3 stars.

I am extremely disappointed

I am extremely disappointed ! Customer service Laura seemed very helpful regarding my refund but I am still waiting 4 weeks later. They are quick to take your money but take weeks to arrive from China. I would never use this company again BEWARE !

I'm still waiting for my order.

It saddens me to make this post but at present I have a nasty feeling I may have been the victim of a scam.Having placed an order for £119+ I was charged over £230 which, on contacting the customer services, was partially refunded leaVING £36+ to still be credited back to me. In the end, asfter interacting with Laura - I srtill don't know if this is a real person or an AI bot - I did get the remaining overcharge refunded. This leaves me awaiting an order to br fulfilled. I am told Yodel are the carriers but, despite numerous requests, I have not been given any consignment or tracking number and therefore, Yodedl will not help.I am still hopeful this order will be fulfilled and I can remove this poor review but at present I am sitting feeling like a bit of a chump who has been led up the garden path.

Ultradries is certainly living up to…

Ultradries is certainly living up to its claims. I am very pleased with the service I have been given. I ordered 12 pairs of ultradries in the wrong size and when I contacted them to ask how I should return them Laura came back almost immediately to say they would all be replaced!!I will definitely be recommending Ultradries to all my friends.

Extremely prompt customer support

The first point to note is that they respond extremely quickly to any query. In my case I’d received what I thought was the wrong size, so I queried it. They had sent the size I had ordered, but I had an immediate response from Laura and an offer to replace the goods at no cost or inconvenience to myself.

Not a positive experience!

I’m afraid I have not had such a positive experience as some other reviewers seem to have had. I recently placed quite a large order as the discounts were good and their website said “if not completely satisfied we will arrange a full refund”. The order eventually arrived, having taken 3 weeks to come from China which is nowhere indicated on the website, and on first try the pants proved to be no good for me, I was soaked. They may be good for small leaks but not for anything more as advertised. The booster pads likewise did not come up to expectations. I therefore asked to return the unused items and get my refund. The “lovely Laura” seemed reluctant for me to return them and I was offered instead an instant 30% refund with no need to return anything. I then looked at their return policy in more detail and discovered it stated they do not refund items sold with more than 20% discount. On reflection I decided to go for the 30% refund given the time it would take to return the items to China and no guarantee of how much I would actually be refunded at the end of the day and by now I was becoming suspicious of this company. “Laura” said my refund had been processed on 10th July. After 5 weeks I have not received any refund and “Laura”, once so solicitous, does not reply to my emails querying this. I have obviously wasted £160!

My experience was great, very helpful and generous. Laura responded immediately to my original email, and to receive a "personal" response was so gratifying. I explained my problem and why I was returning my order and I was immediately reassured that I would receive a replacement order and a size chart was given to ensure that my replacement would be correct. Such a polite and efficient response. I appreciate so much. Thank you

Great customer service

My initial query about returning and replacing the wrong size pants was dealt with very speedily. I am amazed that they said they would replace them free of charge and I could keep and donate the smaller ones to a worthy cause. The customer service at this company is great - something which is sadly lacking with many other outlets.
