I have been a loyal customer for years, I can't deny their products are good but the customer service is RUBBISH. They are happy for you to buy buy buy but when it comes to your returns, they have the worse customer service EVER. they are rude. they do not take you or your complaint seriously and it will take over a month for a refund, even though you have proof of purchase. They do not believe in loyal customers, they don't not believe in respect and they definitely do not believe in politeness.Like I said, products are good, sale prices are amazing but the customer service on the phone and in store is utterly rubbish. A business like that will lose it's barakah.
Horribly stupid they are. Can't explain in my words how they behave. Making customer fool by telling about their so called 365 days exchange policy where they didn't allow me exchange even after next day. They give me faulty product and when I ask for exchange they put glue on my shoes without asking me. Cheater and rubbish people.
I read all the reviews before and thought they were lying and fake however after my very own experience they are all telling the truth and are real I made a full order of £60 then was told all of them items were out of stock and the refund took 3 weeks to come2nd time they charged me £5 extra for an item and I never recovered it back even after explaining to the customer service he put the phone down Lastly I am waiting a refund again which has not arrived it been a week I don't know when I will get it they truly scamming and looting people very bad company very poor service they don't know what they are doing very dodgy
I ordered a bag online yesterday 10/01/19 paying for next day delivery. I received an email saying my order is dispatched and to expect another email with the tracking number which never came. I called them on 11/01 at 4 pm to find out what was happening with my order. The guy on the phone was useless, not listening to anything I was saying. I was told my order would not get to me until Monday so I told him to cancel it and give me a full refund as I need the bag for Saturday.He could not explain why I did not receive an email or why nobody contacted me to tell me my order was not going to be delivered. I paid for next day service but they obviously have no idea what next day means.I was offered 10% off my next order as a way of compensation. What an insult!!!!I would never go back to them as they have no idea how to keep the customers happy.Whatever happens please do not order or pay for next day delivery as they will NOT provide this service.
Third class shoes, low-quality material, and after-sale service is very poor. They are not willing to return the product. I have filled out their return form and completed all their requirements but still, they have refused to return their product. Totally Unacceptable
I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes but received 2 of them,Messaged customer service several times but no reply den I opened a case in PayPal resolution centre where unze replied that they will proceed my refund within next 72 hours but no refund even after 2 months den PayPal gave my money back luckily and it’s not about one order they did the same thing twice thrice weneva I ordered
absolutely rubbish service when come to return and communication it took them 32 day to give me the refund and they still did not give me the refund which was due to me i give back 2 item it took them 32 day and then they said they recived one item back when i send them both together i was very lucky the were only 10 pounds each what was waste of time and money pls be very careful when buy from them again RUBBISH SERVICE
They are Fraud!!!, Never refund you.Worse shop ever! I have ordered three shoes in sale. all were wrong sizes.When I return them even after more then 2 months still no refund. They said that yes they have received returned items. when ever I phone them, they put me through a women Madeaha who always says we will refund you in next 5 working days. still after 2 months no refund. Please avoid them. Don't shop from them. They are Fraud!!!

1989 – The idea for a global brand came into existence in 1989 in London. The company first focused on retail, and over time, has developed a substantial wholesale business and a versatile product range, supplying numerous retailers throughout UK and Rest of the world.
1990 – Our first store was opened in 1990 on Green Street, which is the 4th most popular commercial Street in London.
1992 - Due to growing demand and to gain market share within UK a second store was opened in White chapel.
1999 - We launched our very first online store which was considered the most swanky online footwear store in UK.
2000 – We entrusted the brand to others and launched the wholesale business in Europe and Rest of the world.
2003 - Unze London opened its third store on Green Street in order to meet customer's demand and showcase the vast range of styles produced by the company.
2005 - Unzè (Franchising) Ltd was formed in 2005. The franchise operation started initially in UK and proceeded internationally in the coming years. Since its launch in March 2005 Unzè (Franchising) Limited has had over 200 inquiries from interested potential franchisees, to date we opened 10 franchises.
In April Unze opened first Franchise stores in Romford.
2006 – This was a busy one. We opened stores in Sheffield, Leeds, and Chelmsford. Starting in March 2006 Unze is poised to open 20 other franchises. The sheer popularity and appeal of the Unzè brand led to inquiries from all around the world, from USA and South Africa to Australia and Asia. The brand proved to be renowned within UK and all around the globe.
2007 - Unze then opened new stores in Bradford, Walthamstow, Bolton, Preston, Leicester, Birmingham, Wood Green and Hounslow.
2008 - Nowadays, Unze has millions of customers worldwide. No matter how different they are, they all have one thing in common: their endless love for unique shoes. In order to meet customer demands Unze opened more stores in different locations at Southall, Limerick (Ireland), Netherland and Dewsbury.
2009 - Unze London launched its new store in Kensington. Due to heavy users ratio Unze London re-launched its website version as per user’s expectations. Unze launched its 18 domains with their Local languages to satisfy its online buyers and make their online shopping more convenient.
2010 – Our biggest project was opening stores in Pakistan as it’s a fast growing market and we found market opportunity to provide quality footwear products to a large customer base. For the first time Unze opened a flagship store in Pakistan in 2010 and did supremely well.
2011-Unze launched its flagship stores in Westfield, two stores in Ilford Lane, Slough and in Portugal.
2013 – Unze London celebrated its 25 years anniversary by sharing stories from adventures ‘around the world in these 25 years’ and spent the year opening more new stores and concessions in more countries than ever before.
2015 - We launched first online store in Pakistan which was a great hit in this market.
2017 - Unze London opened 3 Flagship Stores in Pakistan 1. Allama Iqbal Town 2. Model Town Link Road 3. Packages Mall Lahore and is planning to expand throughout Pakistan. It is one of the most influential global player in Men & Women fashion footwear.
