Uncomfortable sandals; failed to refund my money.

I ordered a pair of sandals, and fairly expensive ones at that. They were very uncomfortable. I printed out a return label from Unze and sent the sandals back, requesting a refund. They never responded, and never refunded my money. I would never order from them again.

Spam and harassment!!

This company HARASSED me. I asked them to stop sending me marketing emails, to which they responded by spamming me EVERY DAY. I had to change my email address after 6 months, solely due to this dreadful and unserious company harrassing me.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Disgraceful Service - Don't shop online

I don't want others to face the same problems I had with shopping at Unze online. I placed an order online and was sent email of its dispatch. On the day it was meant to be delivered, received email stating the item was out of stock and I could either get something else or refund. I asked for a refund and was told it would be processed in 5-7 workings days. It's been 2 months and still No Refund, No apology, won't ever make the mistake of ordering again, I've learnt my lesson.

Terrible customer service - I was stupid enough to shop twice!!!

I had frequently bought shoes from Unze as a teen at their flagship store on Green street as my school was nearby. In 2011 they ran a living social deal so myself and a friend purchased it. Something like £20 for £50 to spend online. All was fine until it came to returning the shoes that did not fit. We were told everything from they did not want to take returns from online orders, you had to take them to the east ham store, they would not give refunds for online orders full stop. HEADACHE! Fast forward to 2015 and at Christmas they had some fantastic sale prices online. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, 1 fit. I paid via Paypal. I took the returns back to store and filled in the appropriate paperwork. Shock horror they had no record of my return. Thank God I found the paperwork. All solved? no. They are apparently having an audit which prevents them from returning my money to me as all accounts are frozen. Quite happy to take money, not so quick to give it back. My advice - don't buy anything from them if you think you may change your mind. Not worth the hassle and the quality is not superior enough to warrant this type of behaviour. We are not in a market back home we are in London in 2016! Back home are doing a better job of customer service - SORT IT OUT!!!!

Dubious reviews using translator? Perhaps?

I haven't bought a pair of shoes here, I was about to, however just reading the positive reviews it is quite clear to see that a piece of translation software has been used to generate some of those reviews. Who on earth would "command" shoes? Look through the positive reviews and you will see more than one person who has "commanded" shoes. Google translate turns "order" into "Command".
It makes me wonder whether all these people who commanded their shoes and have only placed one review on Trust Pilot are really trust worthy reviews or perhaps they are genuine orders from people who do not speak English. Your call. It looks fishy to me though.

Do not order online

I bought a pair of shoes for a Indian wedding. I selected next day delivery (and paid for it). After a few attempts of delivery from the courier company I found out the problem was Unze hadn't provided the full address. Whilst all this investigation I tried to contact Unze without success. I emailed their customer service and never got an answer. I called the provided number and the lady who picked up said that someone else would call me - no one ever called me back.

At the end the shoes arrived a week later (too late for the weeding). The shoes size is also too small even though it says size 10.

I will never buy from them again.

DISGUSTED! If you want to be mistreated and shafted then order from Unze.

A colleague and I ordered 2 pairs of sandals that were on sale (half price!). No attempts were made do deliver them to my family home address yet they had the audacity to say that no one was at the address. That's a lie. There's someone at the address ALL the time. Unze's customer services team advised me that they would investigate as the delivery team have a duty to take a photo of the front door to prove that they had attempted to deliver... Surprise, surprise no photo & evidently no attempts were made to deliver. I then asked if they would redirect the delivery to my work address between business hours so that they couldn't pull another farce but was told I'd have to pay about £6. What a cheek?! I was already dissatisfied as a customer but no attempts were made to redeem my custom and was told to cancel the order if I wasn't happy to pay the additional charge! At this point the order was in limbo and I was led to believe that they will attempt to (re)deliver at the same address. Having waited a few more days, I contacted them again to find that the order was returned back to Unze but no sign of a refund - albeit I didn't cancel the order. At this point, the adviser had started quarrelling with me in a very unprofessional manner, immaturely in fact and made me out to be a liar stating that I had cancelled the order but i didn't and he was the only contact I had there, possibly the only person there - I even got to know him by name! Eventually, I was told to wait for the refund and place another order(?!), I did. I ought to add that they short-changed me and after further enquiries they paid up the dofference.By then approximately 3-4 weeks had lapsed and the price of the sandals reverted to the original price! Naturally, I contacted the same advisor at Unze, despite being shafted, hoping that they would attempt to make good knowing how dissatisfied I had been but instead was more or less told to dream on and that it was my fault for not agreeing to the additional £6 in the first place! Are these people for real?! Needless to say I will never shop with Unze ever again and will ensure that my friends/family don't either and hope that those reading this review consider themselves being warned. I am still stunned by their attitude!

UNZE? - Terrible in every respect...

Unze Shoes - well what can I say?

I am typically a size 9 -10 shoe/boot depending upon manufacturer. I ordered a pair of Unze Brown Boots from Unze as the pricing seemed very favorable - they were allegedly reduced from almost £100 to £49.99. I ordered a pair of these Unze Boots in size 9 and they arrived about 3 weeks later. I tried them on... they were absolutely HUGE! I friend of mine whom has size 11 feet tried them and they were too big for him!
When I contacted Unze to file for a return, they took ages to respond with an authorised returns number. I posted them off the same day in the original packaging as I was careful to not damage it too much (It said UNZE all over the Box) - costing me £13+ as I asked for them to be signed for and insured with the Post Office.
I followed the Return to Unze on tracking with the Post Office and it got signed for the next day. After 1 week I contacted Unze, they said they were looking into it, stating they would contact me - they never... after 1 week I contacted them again - they said they could not trace the items (even though they were signed for) by a Mr Nogal.
This went on a another couple of weeks by Unze saying they wanted to see my receipt and proof of posting which I did supply... but still, they could not trace the Goods. Whe I said I wanted a refund, not anything - no replacement or exchange! The reason being the time from filing for Return to current date (Almost 5 weeks) had expired. There was a lot of discussion regarding the process I had endured - the poor Unze Customer Service and Returns procedure - but they would not show any understanding or tolerance - blanking me totally.
I then tried to make a clam through Post Office - and they said I could not make a claim as it was also over 28 days!!!
So - I lost £49.99 on my Boots I paid £5+ delivery, add that to the £13+ return fee. Add about 8 weeks out of my life and I'm about £70 out of pocket with nothing to show for it... I'd say I am owed about £100 for the total inconvenience of it all!!

Almost the last communication I had with Unze was that I appealed to them to offer me another pair of Shoes in exchange or something - they flatly refused saying the best they could offer me was 25% off my next purchase.

Needless to say - there is no way in HELL I would order another pair of anything from these fraudsters, crooks and incompetents!

Be warned - be very warned!!

1989 – The idea for a global brand came into existence in 1989 in London. The company first focused on retail, and over time, has developed a substantial wholesale business and a versatile product range, supplying numerous retailers throughout UK and Rest of the world.

1990 – Our first store was opened in 1990 on Green Street, which is the 4th most popular commercial Street in London.

1992 - Due to growing demand and to gain market share within UK a second store was opened in White chapel.

1999 - We launched our very first online store which was considered the most swanky online footwear store in UK.

2000 – We entrusted the brand to others and launched the wholesale business in Europe and Rest of the world.

2003 - Unze London opened its third store on Green Street in order to meet customer's demand and showcase the vast range of styles produced by the company.

2005 - Unzè (Franchising) Ltd was formed in 2005. The franchise operation started initially in UK and proceeded internationally in the coming years. Since its launch in March 2005 Unzè (Franchising) Limited has had over 200 inquiries from interested potential franchisees, to date we opened 10 franchises.

In April Unze opened first Franchise stores in Romford.

2006 – This was a busy one. We opened stores in Sheffield, Leeds, and Chelmsford. Starting in March 2006 Unze is poised to open 20 other franchises. The sheer popularity and appeal of the Unzè brand led to inquiries from all around the world, from USA and South Africa to Australia and Asia. The brand proved to be renowned within UK and all around the globe.

2007 - Unze then opened new stores in Bradford, Walthamstow, Bolton, Preston, Leicester, Birmingham, Wood Green and Hounslow.

2008 - Nowadays, Unze has millions of customers worldwide. No matter how different they are, they all have one thing in common: their endless love for unique shoes. In order to meet customer demands Unze opened more stores in different locations at Southall, Limerick (Ireland), Netherland and Dewsbury.

2010 – Our biggest project was opening stores in Pakistan as it’s a fast growing market and we found market opportunity to provide quality footwear products to a large customer base. For the first time Unze opened a flagship store in Pakistan in 2010 and did supremely well.

2011-Unze launched its flagship stores in Westfield, two stores in Ilford Lane, Slough and in Portugal.

2013 – Unze London celebrated its 25 years anniversary by sharing stories from adventures ‘around the world in these 25 years’ and spent the year opening more new stores and concessions in more countries than ever before.

2015 - We launched first online store in Pakistan which was a great hit in this market.

2017 - Unze London opened 3 Flagship Stores in Pakistan 1. Allama Iqbal Town 2. Model Town Link Road 3. Packages Mall Lahore and is planning to expand throughout Pakistan. It is one of the most influential global player in Men & Women fashion footwear.
