My E bike of less than a year developed a battery issue . Estimation at the bikerepair shop was april €1000 . Unfortunately Upway could not accept the repair , but offered to take it back with full refund for another bike . The exchange was solved within a week. Picked- up and delivered at my door .
Good experience. They answer rather quickly. The bikes arrived as in the picture, everything was according to the description.Most importantly - they arrived undamaged.Hopefully there will be no issues further and no reason to contact regarding this bestelling.Overal, pleasant experience and I can recomment it.Nice to buy almost new bike for much lower price.
First bike didn’t have electric assistance and was broken. I paid 79 euros to return it. Second bike was labeled on the site at 500 km, turned out to be 2200 km. The extender was not correctly attached and was loose, part missing.Upway clearly states they check on a whole lot of points, that’s rubbish.I’m deeply dissapointed.
