Even tho there was excellent discount on Urban Jungle website ,I ordered total of 300e where I paid 40e shipping!! After 10 days ,they still didn’t even send package! I expect to receive package after 2 days for price of 40e shipping not to wait 2-3 weeks for it! Disaster!
This was my first purchase with Urban Jungle, and unfortunately everything went wrong. I ordered a pair of Converse, but they sent me the wrong size. I immediately contacted support and sent photos, but received no response for days.Meanwhile, the second pair I purchased, developed defects after only 4 days of use, both shoes started to come unstitched. I also reported this issue with photos, and again, no reply.Two products, two problems, and zero customer support. One pair was a gift, the other for personal use and neither can be used as intended.Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I just want a solution, but I’m being completely ignored. Not the experience I expected at all.
I did not receive a 10% discount as advertised on the site; my request to customer service went unanswered; One of the products came still bearing an anti-theft device - due to the fact that they did not provide invoice, I cannot get it removed in country;Products fit the description, and color representation on the site is accurate.
