Ordered a pair of Nike Air Force shadow for a friend’s birthday. Ordered on 10th July, we’re 8th aug and still no sign of the parcel that they allegedly sent via FedEx. The tracking keeps saying this parcel is stuck somewhere.Urban Jungle Store does not help in any way, when I ordered they blamed a system error for not sending any info after 2 weeks. Said 24h from that message they’re shipping the goods, but then I had to write another email 5 days later. And that seemed to wake them up enough to send the shoes. But now the parcel is lost or something. They are not supportive, very dismissive language and you ´Re on your own.For those who had a good experience : good for you but don’t invalidate what others went through.
I'm trying to return my order and all returns must be authorized via return form. But the link they provided does not work and they say: If the link doesn't work go to "My Account" and click on "Return Items", but this section is not there. I contacted them through email, but have never received a response.. Calling them on the phone doesn't work either. No way to contact them.
There's a lot to like about this shop: they have an excellent selection of trainers, at extremely competitive prices, as well as a quick and responsive customer services team. Two small gripes which prevented this from being a 5-star review. 1. they didn't send an email confirmation message, so I was initially worried whether they were legit (they definitely are!). 2. they weren't very specific about post-Brexit fees (they're based in Italy); these turned out to be reasonable, but it's a bit strange to have an apparently random amount added to the bill at the end of the process. So I'd definitely recommend: they're a great outfit and the downsides are small, especially since they're so quick to respond to queries.

I never write reviews but saw the need to after reluctantly ordering from urban jungle after seeing negative reviews. I had zero problems , order was shipped same day came earlier then expected with DHL and was exactly as described. I even contacted the company before ordering just to ask about returns and orders with covid 19 and they responded in a helpful and quick manner. Would definitely order again best price and service . A++
I ordered a pair of Jordan Retro 4 Winter Loyal Blue, size 43, with 101 EUR according to the price offer at the time, which can be proven by order confirmation which you are about to receive after you pay by card at check out. How else could you put a product that did not exist in the basket?The same day, I receive an e-mail informing me that the product is no longer available and my order is canceled and that I will be refunded. I check the same product on the website and... Surprise! My size is still available but at 202 EUR. What conclusion can we draw from here? They are a group of people without principles, without respect for the customers, who do not assume the changes made by them and do not respect the rights of the buyer. It is an illegal practice to make a false advertisement and this aspect can be punished according to the laws in force! I am very disappointed because I believe I have been lied to and I will prove it! Stay away from people who don't know what being fair means.
I ordered a pair of custom Nike trainers from urbanjunglestore, to be delivered to the UK, which never arrived. The courier, DHL, advised a digital 'waybill' record had been raised with them, but that they had never been able to collect my parcel for delivery. I phoned the company who said they would update me within a couple of days, but after not hearing back from them, I requested a full refund. At first I was able to get hold of them on their international phone number, but afterwards my calls are either cut-off after being connected, or I get an engaged tone. I later received an email from them saying they would refund me and blamed for DHL losing the package. DHL advised urbanjunglestore had raised an 'telematic airwaybill', but that the courier had never actually picked up the item because it was not present during their collection. A long and persistent online chat with DHL eventually helped me understand that urbanjunglestore is a regular DHL customer and because of this, DHL assured me this is not a case of online fraud. Furthermore, DHL advised me that urbanjunglestore are not at liberty to say DHL had lost the parcel because it was never left for them to collect. Urbanjunglestore insist that DHL collected and lost my parcel. In order to try and keep this review fair, I forwarded my findings and asked urbanjunglestore to take the opportunity to help me understand what actually happened and have taken their reply into account when posting this review. I am extremely disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered and urbanjungle store offered nothing more than a refund. I am also disappointed they continue to take zero responsibility for not delivering their end of a purchase agreement and for making no attempt to offer a replacement or alternative. I accept things can go wrong, but I expect much more from a company selling goods and at a minimum for them to make some effort to apologise and make things right with a customer when they do go wrong. I do not therefore recommend buying anything from urbanjunglestore, as I am not convinced they are a trustworthy company, act with their customers best interests in mind, or deliver items they are selling. As an added note, the Trustpilot reviews for DHL are terrible for a big brand name I always assumed could be trusted, so I would also warn people to be careful with online stores using DHL for delivery, as I cannot confirm who is telling the truth in my case, as it is one companies word against another with both having zero interest in providing their customers with a fair service.
