Review Time
Fairly easy to use. Not sure yet about results but it feels nice. One suggestion is to add a bell or some audio alert when it’s time to move to the next area. I often miss the few seconds of orange light and it’s stressful wondering the whole time if it’s time to move on. This is my biggest complaint.
Not impressed whatsoever. The hand unit is much larger than expected, not sure if the exact measurements are listed on the site. Not even sure where I would store it. I opened the box, didnt unpack it, sealed it back up and sent it back the next day. They still charged me a 10% restocking fee - which fell into the same category as trying it for 30 or 60 days and deciding I didnt like it. Do not agree. Let them know my thoughts, didn’t change anything.
This was the third mask I purchased and it’s the blue red mask. The other two were gifts and I purchased this one for myself. My complexion is darker and I used it twice for three minutes as I tested it out. It instantly left black dots on my face. A few on my forehead on each side of my temples and both cheeks. I contacted current body and after a thorough interrogation they determined it was my face wash that caused it. I don’t believe that it stemmed from this issue and masks are not warrantied. With it being such an expensive purchase. I would continue to research and choose the best warrantied item in case this issue happens to you also. My daughter had had great results and pleasantly pleased with red light. But think twice before purchasing the blue/red light.

It’s such an easy thing to fit into my routine, and I actually look forward to using it.It’s definitely an investment, but it’s one of those purchases that feels worth it. It’s like having a little professional treatment at home.
